GoogleInteresting and practically designed houses which are built to a high standard. Very little remedial work needed and carried out quickly. The site has been landscaped with due regard to wildlife and maintained.

GoogleSimply outstanding, from start to finish our questions were answered quickly & professionally. As first time buyers we were naturally quite nervous but Natalie, Paul & Ben put all our worries at ease. Now we’ve been moved in for close to 2 weeks and almost all of our snags have been addressed already (of which there was only a tiny amount and almost all cosmetic!) I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from lioncourt again, especially at the Green? It’s such a lovely development. Thanks again to the whole Lioncourt team.

GoogleI purchased a house at the green and I couldn’t be happier! I love my new home, it is everything and more that I could’ve wanted! I watched it get built from a square on the floor, and every visit I made the house was neatly built and well made. I have only had minor issues which have been sorted straight away from site and customer service. Natalie and Steve made the process of buying and moving in exceptional. I couldn’t recommend them enough! Thank you x

GoogleI had such a positive experience looking round the houses, they were lovely and I was very impressed with the high standards which shone throughout. I was met by Natalie and she was professional, friendly and had a wealth of knowledge to share. I would especially like to thank Alice, who was incredibly helpful at every stage. She clearly explained each step I needed to take, guided me through the process, and was always there to support me whenever I had questions. Thanks to Alice, I felt confident and well-informed throughout the journey. The rest of the team was also very understanding and attentive. Everything was handled carefully, and no part of the process was overlooked. Overall, I am very satisfied with their professionalism and customer-focused approach.
