Me and my partner went to Lextons to help us with buying our first home together. The online pictures and floor plans were great and it was very easy to arrange viewings. From the moment we put an offer in and it was accepted we were supported. Peter deserves a special mention, he was fantastic. Very easy to contact throughout the entire process, and he was extremely professional. Buying a house is stressful, there is no denying that, but I felt like Lextons tried their best to reduce the stress. I am now a proud owner of my first flat! Thank you Peter!!

A class act from start to finish... I would highly recommend Oli from Lextons. It goes without saying estate agents have a reputation for being “typical sales people” and judging from the first few I met they sadly matched those stereotypes, which is why it was so genuinely refreshing to meet Oli and experience his honest, calm and considered approach at every point throughout the negotiations. Timely, organised and a true gent. I very much hope he stays in the business as, if I ever come to sell a property in the future, I will be calling him first.

Oli at Lextons recently managed the purchase of our dream house by the sea! He was patient and helpful to us as first time buyers, and offered advice and support throughout the process, acting as a great conduit between us and the seller. He really helped push things over the line at the end with our solicitor, and was there at all points to keep momentum up in the process. We would absolutely recommend his services to anyone who needs an honest and reliable estate agent!

Claudia looked after us throughout the process, with great communication, help through the normal sticking points and a real diligence in making sure that we were happy with how the process was going. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid! Having viewed a property previously the same week with Lextons I was amazed to be told whilst on a viewing we would not be considered for any offers made unless we list our sale with them as opposed to an alternative estate agent. The sales man Oliver was incredibly rude to my wife and I too when we refused to consider his ultimatum, he even swore at us. We were also told the property we were interested in had multiple offers on but still remains on the market a month later, bonkers! I'm sure the seller of the property would love to know that Lextons booked us in for a viewing and didn't even let us view it when we turned up.

I have just completed a purchase with Lextons. On viewing the property it was explained that due to the competitive price of the property (as set by the vendor) there would be a stage to register interest and then put in your bid. This is precisely what happened. Throughout the process I found the staff supportive and felt complete confidence in them. Viewing to completion about 9 weeks.

They got us many viewings on our property , they communicated every step of the way with honest feedback and always remained positive and helpful through our whole process. The team at Lextons are what you would hope to find at an Estate agents, but in my experience rarely do. I found them to be professional and diligent. They handled my sale and ensured it got over the line, I have had experience of other estate agents in Brighton with very mixed outcomes. They are the best in Brighton.
