I bought a property through Lextons and dealt with Rob and Laoisa - they were both polite and efficient throughout the whole process. They always came back to me promptly when I had questions (and I did have quite a few questions!) and were extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The property purchase was completed smoothly and on time. Would definitely use again. Recommended :-)

I have only good things to say about Lextons! The amount of care and effort they've put into helping us find a good place to rent is incredible. I haven't worked with letting agencies previously and felt a bit awkward as every step was new to me, but agents (special thank you to Sofia, Karen and Lauren) provided so much support throughout our renting journey, I have never felt more comfortable! James and his team at Lextons were exceptional in their work on my property sale in Brighton. James saw the entire process through from our initial meeting to completion day. James secured a very good purchase price for my property and provided a comprehensive in house advertising service with excellent professional photography, copywriting and extensive advertising across online platforms. James secured multiple viewings and carried them out personally ensuring that prospective buyers had all the information they required and James was able to answer all questions on the spot having a comprehensive knowledge of the property. My onward purchase proved unexpectedly complicated and slow going and James went above and beyond to keep my sale on track during this time, using his expertise to help push along my purchase as well despite this not being part of his remit. James never gave up and was always on hand for a call, was easy to talk to and proactive in keeping me up to date with progress. It's clear that James and his team are enthusiastic about and brilliant at what they do, providing a very personal, proactive and client focused service with very reasonable rates too. There was nothing negative about my experience and I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Have been liaising with Freddie from Lexton in my search for a property to live in. I have been most impressed with the service. I have been specifically looking into a property which had a short lease and complex set of challenges attached to the freehold. Freddie has been extremely helpful in keeping me up to date with information about the property and selling process. He has promptly responded to all my requests for information and been candid and professional throughout. Although I was not successful in purchasing the property I feel reassured by the process that supported me. Highly recommend.

I am a first time buyer and I am very happy with the service provided so far by Freddie! I First meet him when I went for a viewing and he was very nice and professional. He let me and my mother who came to view the flat with me, take as much time we needed to look at the property and then he explained everything clearly, in an approachable and easy way. Ive never had any experience with the process of purchasing a flat before so he made sure to explain the whole process in a very understanding way. His reassure gave me the confidence to then move forward. The whole process of getting an offer out there happened very fast and I am so grateful! Once it was acepten I was also directed in the right direction to get the ball rolling. I just coudnt be more grateful to Freddie and the team at Lextons! Incredibly dissatisfied

Incredibly dissatisfied. I was sold a property by Lextons that was advertised as a two bedroom property. When I tried to re sell my property with Lextons some time later I was not only met by appalling customer service including a surveyor letting themselves into my property without notice,whilst my daughter was in bed, offers on my property not put in writing, rudeness and pressure from negotiator, and lastly discovering that my two bedroom property was in fact a one bedroom property. Apparently, building regulations dictate that i can not advertise the property I bought from Lextons as a two bedroom property, as a two bedroom property. Lextons clearly intentionally mis represented and advertised the property as a two bedroom property.

We didn’t encounter the best experience…

We didn’t encounter the best experience with Lextons even though we were buying and selling through the same agent. They seem to be more about the money they will get rather than the service they would give. They were more on the side of our buyer (who was paying nothing to them) rather than us. The only reason they have any stars is that one of their agents George was very delightful

We worked with Peter at Lextons to sell our flat, and they also turned out to be the agent for the flat we were keen on and subsequently bought. We chose Peter for our sale as we appreciated his enthusiasm, experience in the Brighton market, and also that he is a pleasure to deal with (at the risk of offending a whole group of people, he's not very estate agenty!) He comes across as genuine, not overly pushy, and is more knowledgeable than many agents we crossed paths with in Brighton.(In fact when we viewed a property with another Lextons agent, Claudia, our experience was just so much better than many other estate agencies - she knew the property and came prepared. It's clear that Lextons take pride in their work.)I would highly recommend Peter and Lextons.

Personal Service that helped make everything less stressful!

Me and my partner went to Lextons to help us with buying our first home together. The online pictures and floor plans were great and it was very easy to arrange viewings. From the moment we put an offer in and it was accepted we were supported. Peter deserves a special mention, he was fantastic. Very easy to contact throughout the entire process, and he was extremely professional. Buying a house is stressful, there is no denying that, but I felt like Lextons tried their best to reduce the stress. I am now a proud owner of my first flat! Thank you Peter!!
