GoogleSofia Camacho has provided me constantly with updates in regard to our new move in. It has only been a few weeks but she has been very pleasant to work with. She has quickly provided documents on request such as floor plan, inventory list, helped with bills and our Broadband situation. Only way to improve is if they used Whatsapp & had work mobiles for easier communication.

Tina, the branch manager, in the Kemptown branch of Lextons was absolutely fantastic at every stage of our purchase. She facilitated the negotiation stage being fair to both vendor and purchaser. She then lubricated the deal acting as go between. Whenever we felt our purchase was going nowhere, she would intervene and help things along. We always felt in the loop at every stage. On 19.07.2023 Lextons did two hours of 'block viewings' and showed nine viewers my flat - the following day I had tenants confirmed. Swiftly thereafter all the relevant checks were carried out (EIPC etc) and meanwhile I was in communication with Sofia, who was arranging the references, tenancy agreement and inventory. By 07.08.2023 I heard again from Sofia with the references and by 09.08.2023 the tenancy agreement was signed by all the parties and sent to me under cover of a helpful email from Sofia confirming the next steps and links for any maintenance/accounts queries for future ref. A lot of work had been promptly carried out on my behalf while I just got on with my life, no fuss, no hassle and a great service from nice people. Very reassuring.

I would like to give it a Zero rating but it doesn't seem possible to do that and write a comment. My property never even went on the market and I was landed a £720 bill on the ill advise regarding my lease. I found the agent, Amy, to be arrogant and lacking knowledge and experience in her industry. In the 3 weeks that I was bound to them, I gained more stress than I do running my own business. These people push you to their recommended contacts - surveyors, solicitors, EPC agents etc - all commission based. Non have your best interest at heart. You can find cheaper and better yourself. Their business culture runs on giving clients recommendations and advice on fight-defend mode and creating hostility. I am so glad I was able to cut ties with them without having to fork out more money to them. As a business owner I am all about word of mouth and helping businesses to grow - with this one - I would recommend you trust your instincts and go elsewhere.

Great overall buying experience. Transparent pre-auction with lot information regularly updated in the lead into auction. On the day, the auction was very expertly handled. Overall the whole experience was professional and exceptionally well-co-ordinated. I would have no hesitation in recommending the team at Lextons.
