GoogleThe property Im currently residing in has recently changed landlords and I was supposed to be contacted in December of 2021. I was contacted today (4.01.2022) regarding payments. I explained clearly a change in my situation and requested a new rental agreement of somesort. Never once did I say I wasnt going to pay my rent. However, I received a lovely email from a lady in the name of Louise, which was very very unprofessional, and no matter how much I requested a phone call, she prefered to hide behind her device and not ring me. I will gladly attach the email. After a series of emails back and forth, I received a very dry and pathetic "apology" about how she had misread the email.NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleI am currently renting the second house from this letting agency and I can say that I am very impressed with the staff. They are professional, friendly and very helpful. They always answer phone calls and reply to emails immediately. Many thanks to Mr. Tom who took care of all my paperwork and to Mrs. Sarah who helped me with any problems I had as a tenant.
