GoogleI have had problems with my shower since I moved in 4 weeks ago. A new part was fitted 16/4/24 and it still doesn't work. The plumbing is backwards, the override doesn't work and it doesn't regulate temperature. Sick of having to keep explaining myself.

From the initial viewing to the closing day, every step of the process was handled with utmost efficiency, professionalism and care. Throughout the entire journey, Mark was always available to address any questions or concerns, accommodate last minute viewings and took measurements for me when I couldn’t make it down. I received an excellent rate from their recommended solicitors and they completed all my paperwork in what felt like record time! 6 weeks later and I’m moving in! I felt supported and well-informed at every stage and though everyone describes their first property buying experience as stressful and lengthy, it was the total opposite for me! I was allocated Natalie, a very professional, yet personal case manager. I had a very unique and complex situation that Natalie managed impeccably. Natalie showed kindness and understanding yet her professionalism was outstanding. Communication and telephone calls from Natalie asking for further information or clarity on information were prompt and efficient, allowing the pace of the sign off to happen smoothly. Natalie Lawrenson is a credit to legal and general, I believe what with her professionalism, kindness and understanding, coupled with fantastic communication skills, Legal and General need to take note that within a big company, having representatives like Natalie, makes a huge difference to people living in the real world , struggling but wanting to make positive changes. GoogleI don't live with l&g yet .but l viewed a property with a l&g representative who is so kind ,helpful and professional. I am not good in filling forms on line ,she gave me an application form to fill in at home and send it .I accepted the offer .hopefully it's not long to be a tenant amongst people decent respectful helpful as l am with my neighbours. GooglePlease do not buy a shared ownership property from legal amd General they are rob dogs and have increased my charges by £65 a month and I can't afford to live here anymore as they increase it more and more each year and I have only been here 2 years!

GoogleWe've lived here for two years now, and so far we've had no problems with Legal & General. The process of buying was really straight forward and even when my account person wasn't there, someone was always ready to help and that's so useful as buying could be stressful. I haven't needed them so much since we moved in, but on moving the snags were quickly sorted and the place is always tidy and looked after. We love living here and we're glad we chose it.

GoogleI'm extremely disappointed with the way LGAH is managed. The security, hygiene, and antisocial behaviour issues raised by tenants have been met with generic responses and no concrete solutions or timelines. Improvements are urgently needed, including more CCTVs, and stronger entrance doors (especially for special needs individuals). We are waiting for their solution for more than two years, which is unacceptable. We've faced ongoing issues for two years: Lack of accessible entrance doors Frequent breakdowns of entrance doors, leading to unauthorized access Inadequate resolution of antisocial behaviour Insufficient CCTV installation and monitoring Lack of security arrangements on event days Neglected building cleanliness and maintenance Malfunctioning intercoms UPDATE: We did not have a concrete schedule since then or any improvement, just a confirmation mail about they approved the quotation. The entrances are not safe and my bike got stolen from the inside bike storage within the building. Absolutely disappointed.

GoogleThe companies solicitors messed up my rent payments, meaning due to their admin mistake I was asked to cough up £300 in full half way through my tenancy. Terrible service & no apology from L&G.

GoogleAbsolute joke of a company. If I could rate 0 stars I would. Have had constant issues with dealing with them ever since we bought our house. I have been constantly chasing for a year to have snags fix and am consistently ignore, palmed off on others, or told issues are not issues and they are "supposed to be like that". Avoid buying a house with this company at all costs, they have made the last year an absolute nightmare and will do everything they can to avoid doing any work needed, of fixing any snags despite it being under warranty and within the first year of ownership

GoogleI wanted to rate this place zero but I put one star.This is because of my very unpleasant experience with them.Even when we were paying insurance regularly,finally this company didn't pay the insurance how they were supposed to.This place is the opposite of trustworthy.I recommend to get insurance from somewhere else.The worst experience ever.
