My 5* review is solely for Adam! Selling a shared ownership property is challenging as there are so many people involved. Without Adam’s help I genuinely believe it would never have happened. He was amazing at taking ownership, responding to me and keeping me updated with progress. Adam is an absolute credit to L&G and without him I think they would struggle. He is polite, dedicated and an absolute super star! Thank you Adam 👏🏻

My overall experience of selling my property with L&G was not the best, particularly during the early stages of the process. However, Adam made a significant difference in the later stages and helped move things forward effectively when progress had previously been lacking. He kept me informed throughout, and I genuinely appreciated his dedication, commitment, and proactive approach. Adam managed to resolve and progress matters within a matter of weeks that had been outstanding for many months. Thank you, Adam, for your hard work and support. Your efforts made a real difference and were greatly appreciated.

The whole experience from day one has been exceptional. The communication between us and particularly Mark Thompson has been outstanding and Nothing has ever been too much trouble. I do truly believe Mark has gone above and beyond his line of duty to help Us out in any way possible. Any question/enquiry was answered within hours of raising it even if some Were sent early Hours of the morning while We have been in hospital with our daughter. Moving house etc is meant to Be one of the most stressful situations you can go through but Mark really truly made it as easy as possible while we have been dealing with extremely difficult family situations alongside the process of moving. Mark is a credit to Legal and General and he should be Highly commended within the company for how he works and gets the job done we cannot thank him enough.

We bought 25% of a flat. We were told explicitly by their estate agent that it'd be easy to sell should we move on. It's now been a year on the market with no buyer in sight. Rent and service charge increase with no warning or explanation. We were scammed. Avoid at all costs. This is not affordable housing. L&G flagged this review for including the name of the agent that is mentioned in every other review.

I bought a shared ownership property from Legal and General. I couldn't be happier with the service. The house is well maintained and any issues were quickly dealt with after our purchase. Suzzane's communication throughout the buying process made it stress free, we were very impressed.

I am very disappointed with Legal and General Affordable Homes regarding an unresolved issue with the automatic light in my flat. Despite multiple communications and raising the issue within the appropriate period, LGAH has not attended to the matter, leaving it unresolved to date. Their avoidance of resolving a customer's problem seems unreasonable and in bad faith. I've urged them to escalate this as a formal service complaint, but they are refusing to help. This experience has been highly frustrating, and I cannot recommend LGAH based on their poor customer service, lack of accountability and lack of timely action.

I have rented a property from L and G Affordable Homes and Pinnacle and I have to say it is the worst management of a building I have experienced. Not only do both companies not care about anyone they are meant to be providing a service to but the lack of response and outright rudeness from staff is unbelievable. For the past couple of years the whole building has been complaining about the state of cleanliness, the high crime rates in the building due to lack of CCTV and proper doors, the lack of response time when issues are flagged, the rudeness of staff, the lack of security when large scale events are happening, the rubbish and dumped items all around the building, noise complaints are not dealt with. I would strongly advise against ever renting off either company or having anything to do with them. They don't care about you and all they want is your money. Avoid them at all costs!!!
