Thank you so much for your incredible support Jamie Fraser! The process was quite intimidating at first, but Jamie really helped break things down, from arranging multiple viewings, consulting me on the right apartment that fits my actual needs, working with the mortgage broker, liaising with solicitors and my key handover - I felt very well supported and understood. I have recommend a few friends to him too. I absolutely love my new home, love the location, the facitlies, the design of the apartment - everything. Intially there were minor constructions ongoing infront of the apartment (a childrens playground was being built) but they did all the work in normal working hours, and the windows have really great sound cancelltion too. Jamie was very transparent with ongoing works and timelines too. As an anxious first time buyer, I must say Jamie was very patient with me and explained everything to me. The only regret is that I didn't do this any sooner. Thank you Legal & General , and especially - Thank you Jamie!!

Liaising with Natalie has hands down been the best customer service I have ever experienced. She was SO incredibly patient and made me feel totally at ease anytime we communicated. I never felt embarrassed or stupid asking her a question which was a total relief, especially as I had plenty being a first time buyer. Sometimes you can just feel a person really loves helping others, that they have a real passion for excellent customer care and this was most definitely felt. Thank you again Natalie! Your company are very lucky to have you. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I did not proceed in purchasing a shared ownership property, however L&G's service (big shout out to Mark too) was 10/10, I just had to leave a review! <3

We had the fortune of having Natalie Lawrenson as our contact whilst buying our shared ownership property. Whatever the question or issue that arose Natalie sorted it. There was nothing that she wouldn't or couldn't try to sort out for us. We feel we have made a friend. The house was still being built so we watched it being finished and Natalie showed us round the estate and a show house so we could measure up, giving us all the time in the world to look round answering all our questions. DONT EVER PURCHASE A SHARED OWNERSHIP PROPERTY WITH LEGAL AND GENERAL!! Trying to sell my house and getting absolutely nowhere. Orbit was my original landlord and my sale was going really well with them. Then L&G took over as my landlord and the sale has ground to a halt. My sale will very likely fall through due to buyer not wanting to wait any longer, which is understandable. You can’t phone anyone to speak with an actual human being, all communication is via email which just seems to be constantly ignored. I’ve even written to the CEO and he assured me someone would be in contact today to help resolve the problems. No one has contacted me. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I would like to rate L&G affordable homes 5* because the service in which I have received from one of the Sales Consultants Natalie Lawrenson​​​​ has been superb throughout the whole process of buying a shared ownership home. Being a FTB the process can be daunting and overwhelming but having Natalie gave me a level of comfort. She answered all my queries, she responded to emails in a timely fashion and was even my go to person when my solicitor was chasing a response from their Solicitors and it was resolved in 30 minutes. From the initial viewing to the closing day, every step of the process was handled with utmost efficiency, professionalism and care. Buying an apartment for the first time and through Shared Ownership can seem daunting but Jamie Fraser was really excellent at being there to guide us and help every step of the way. Jamie showed us the apartment multiple times, helped give a push with mortgage brokers and solicitors along the way, and was always very prompt to answer all our questions. This provided reassurance in this long and intricate process. From start to finish it took about 8 weeks to complete. Jamie also checked on us a few times after we'd moved in to make sure everything was running smoothly. We love our new home too and couldn't be happier to have taken the first step on the property ladder!
