We bought 25% of a flat. We were told explicitly by their estate agent that it'd be easy to sell should we move on. It's now been a year on the market with no buyer in sight. Rent and service charge increase with no warning or explanation. We were scammed. Avoid at all costs. This is not affordable housing.

I am very disappointed with Legal and General Affordable Homes regarding an unresolved issue with the automatic light in my flat. Despite multiple communications and raising the issue within the appropriate period, LGAH has not attended to the matter, leaving it unresolved to date.

I have rented a property from L and G Affordable Homes and Pinnacle and I have to say it is the worst management of a building I have experienced.
