GoogleBought a house through these guys, from the very first negotiation phase they were very helpful and realistic, sale went though very quickly because they kept chasing solicitors for everyone, and great aftercare once the sale had completed.

GoogleAn appointment was made with this Estate Agents to meet outside the property at 2:30. They were late and when i called i was told there had been a mix up in the diary but someone would be with me shortly. I was asked to go straight into the property which was a secure entry system so it was only luck i encountered another coming out who let me in. I waited and eventually a lad turned up wearing scruffy unclean clothes and chewing gum with his mouth open !!! The property itself was not presented well with washing up in the sink and toiletries all over the bathroom. There was damage to the kitchen floor and hob. I would not use an estate agents who could not advise on presenting my property well or who thinks that i am going to part with nearly half a million quid to a lad chewing gum in my ear. REALLY !! I would not have bought the flat even if i had liked it based on the service from the estate agents.

GoogleJames and I have recently sold our mixed residential and office building in Peverell using Phil Searle and his team at Lang Town and Country. The sale was drawn out and we lost our first buyers, but Phil and his team quickly went to work and we had sold again soon after. We have been kept well informed all the way through. We cannot recommend Lang Town and Country highly enough.

GoogleFrom the initial visit right through to completion everyone worked incredibly hard to make our sale as stress free and speedy as possible. The sales and the sales progression teams communicated with us regularly and nothing was too much trouble. An excellent service and good value for money.

FacebookCards on the table…. I never thought I would recommend an Estate Agent, having had a few not so great experiences over the years, but Lang Town and Country have completely changed my mind. I’ve recently picked up the keys to my new home and I can honestly say that it has been a pleasure from start to finish. From being shown the property by Shelley, who was so personable and not at all ‘salesy’ to Emily who helped with the purchase brilliantly, everyone has been fantastic, but I do have to call out Nicki in particular for her help in getting the sale over the line. It’s been an absolute pleasure dealing with the team and I am will definitely be using them when it comes time for me to sell.

They know the market, are efficient, always on the case without appearing too pushy and are highly professional in every regard. As individuals they are decent people and have been a pleasure to deal with throughout our transaction.
