From the initial visit right through to completion everyone worked incredibly hard to make our sale as stress free and speedy as possible. The sales and the sales progression teams communicated with us regularly and nothing was too much trouble. An excellent service and good value for money.

I would highly recommend this estate agent. I Had the support of Becky who kept me informed every step of the way. Always responding to my emails and questions extremely quickly and professionally. I would definitely use them again. They were not my estate agent but my sellers agents. So an extra 5 stars to them.

I moved my elderly sick parents from Somerset to Plymstock, and it wasn't a straight forward move! Everything that could of gone wrong did go wrong, at times Mum and Dad wanted to pull out, but I have to say that Paul and his AMAZING team at Land Town & Country, held our hand through every step. They knew when to put the pressure on the right people at the right time, they knew when to chase or to sit tight, they knew how to handle very awkward situation that we did not want to be in, and took the reigns for us. I can not recommend this company highly enough, they know their stuff, they are professional, they understand that this process is highly stressful and take away that stress where they can, and they deliver exactly what they are supposed to. All the staff at Lang Town and Country especially Carla, Becky, Natalie and Toby have been so helpful in assisting us with the sale of our property and keeping us informed throughout the selling process. This was made a bit more challenging with the time difference and having the property tenanted as we live in Australia.
