GoogleGreat experience selling my property with Lang. I contacted them on a Thursday, they came to value and photograph the house on Friday and had organised viewings for Mondays morning. By lunchtime it had its first offer. Friendly and effective communication from Emily and the rest of the team throughout the process. Many thanks!

GoogleI have used LANG TOWN & COUNTRY as the management company of both my rental properties in Plymouth since 2016, and I can safely say that they have exceeded all my expectations. I trust them completely and I would not change to another company even if the conditions were cheaper. Claire is the most professional property manager you could ever find. She knows the Plymouth market very well, and has an instinct for finding the right responsible tenants, and getting all the paperwork done with the least possible delay. Becky, Christine & Nicky are all very efficient in maintaining the property and solving issues as soon as they happen. Landlords have access to a very comprehensive database of all tenant and maintenance history, certificates and service updates as they come up. Really optimum personalised service, always friendly and willing to work hard for both tenant and landlord. I cannot fault them.

GoogleI received a quick response after enquiring about a rental property. Shawnie arranged a viewing for the next day to fit around my work schedule. She was super friendly and helpful providing information about the property and explaining the rental process. Everything was made super clear and easy to follow along and complete. Very happy with the service provided and would happily recommend to anyone!

GoogleAfter selling a property before, I found the estate agents around Plymouth a Minefield and some not very helpful. But once I starting using Lang’s Town and Country, my fears were put aside, what can I say but Thank you, in every way you stood by me and helped and exceeded yourselves. Very polite, knowledge of the business and no issue was a problem. So if you need a good estates look no further and call Andy and his team at Lang’s Town and Country Plymouth 👍

GoogleWe relocated from London and spent some time living with family in Falmouth whilst flat hunting in Plymouth. Initially we booked a viewing at a flat and Shawnie showed me around, decided it wasn’t right first us but upon telling Shawnie what we were looking for she recommended us a property and as soon as it was viewed, myself and my partner (on video) fell in love! No question or email was ever too much (there were many phone calls from me to Shawnie). On the day we moved in we arrived at the property a bit early but she was there waiting for us, had already tried and tested all the keys as well as looking and finding our bin sheds etc! Shawnie and Lang Town and Country have been nothing but 5* the whole process. Would highly recommend renting or even buying a property from them! We’re super grateful and happy to have found our home!

GoogleWould highly recommend Lang Town and Country, we were first time buyers and had 3 previous property purchases fall through with different agents, before purchasing through Lang Town. All the team were very helpful, especially Nicki and Phil helped lots to get the purchase through, and aided in a smooth and relatively fast process, facilitating completion 10 weeks after our offer was accepted :)

GoogleWe had a fantastic experience with the team buying our home! After numerous viewings of different properties Emily sent us a house we had previously overlooked and told us to at least view it. We are so thankful we did as soon as we stepped inside we loved it and now it’s ours! The whole team are so lovely and communication was fab!

GoogleAbsolutely amazing and best Estate Agents I came across, highly recommend! My sale was a bit complicated and I have almost lost the buyers. However, the support I have received, especially from Gemma (who was an angel!) Jay and James, have made it happen. Selling your home can be very stressful experience, however, if you have experienced and knowledgable people behind you to help, you don't feel alone! Don't waste your time on comparison sites. This Team will be there all the way to support you!

I found them professional, clear and honest as well as being supportive through out the whole process, in particular Gemma the sales progression lead. GoogleLang Town & Country Estate Agents were fantastic from day one and all the way through the process of purchasing our first house. Andy was great when we first viewed the property; he wasn’t at all like other ‘pushy’ estate agents that we had dealt with in the past. He gave us time and space to look around and was very honest and knowledgeable. After our offer was accepted our proceedings were taken care of by Becky, she did an exceptional job for us and the communication throughout the process was next second to none. Unfortunately we had a particularly poor firm of solicitors, without the hard work Becky put in with chasing and liaising nothing would have got done. Overall an exceptional firm, with great employees, thank you for all your help.

GoogleA massive thank you to Tracey, Andy and Becky at Lang Town and Country (Mannamead)!! The three of them were very professional, approachable and understanding from the beginning till the completion of our purchase. The process hasn’t been easy but a lot of reassurance and support were provided to us at all time. Communication from Becky (sales progress) has been excellent over the last 4 months. A follow up email to track the sales was sent at least every other day to our solicitor and us to ensure that the sales are on the right track to be completed. We happened to have to leave the country for three weeks over the period of sales and Becky always had that in mind when she had to email us (by saying she understands that we are not in the country etc - small things matter!!) and kept us posted with the sales throughout the time. The same goes to Andy and Tracey who have shown us a lot of kindness and reassurance from the very beginning, which meant the world to us as first time buyers. We had to made several visits (including late evenings) to the property to ensure that the property is what we want and both of them have always accommodated our schedule and gave us enough time and space to view the place. Before the completion, Andy even removed a piece of unwanted furniture from the property personally and took it to the skip for us! Overall, an extremely pleasant experience with Langtown. Highly recommended.

We not only purchased our first house with them but also used their services to sell our home years later.
