GoogleFantastic service over many years. Whenever there was an issue, nothing was too much trouble. We once had an major problem with the drains outside and they dealt with everything including liaising with the insurers. I could not recommend highly enough.

GoogleRecently I advertised my flat at Lang Town real estate company at Plymouth! They are so professional and polite ! There was no single moment during the whole process (until I sold my flat) that they didn't support me. The whole team are lovely and very proffessional people ! What can I say about Andy Genge ? I think without his contribution and continous efforts I wouldn't have sold my flat in such a short period of time! Thank you again, for making this process so smooth for me!

GoogleClaire Oliveira has been helping my family and I to secure a rental property over the past few weeks and the levels of communication, integrity and helpfulness that she's shown thus far are in a completely different league to most other agents - and I say that as someone who's rented for many years. In the current climate where rents and cost of living are soaring, having people like Claire who actually take the time for you and have a passion for their profession are incredibly important. If every letting agent provided the same care and quality of communication that Claire does, the country would be a far better place for it. I can't recommend her highly enough. J Ross & family

GoogleWe moved into our rented property Over a year ago. The whole experience was stress free and professional. We cannot recommend them enough. We’ve had a handful of issues since moving in and Nicola has gone above and beyond to get them fixed or replaced in outstanding time especially around Christmas:).

GoogleI have been a landlord with Lang Town and Country for well over twenty years and recently had considerable work carried out on my property in preparation for some new tenants. I have been very pleased with the upgrading which is on a par with the rest of the Edwardian houses in Burleigh Park Road, I have been impressed by the excellent service rendered by management and staff and would like to particularly thank Nicola Down who consistently kept me in touch with the progress made in the renovation of the house. Nicola showed patience and humour throughout as well as offering helpful suggestions and advice for which I am indebted.

GoogleOur property is managed by ND at Lang. Our tenant is a vulnerable adult, we are very happy with the sensitivity and care that ND and others at Lang have shown towards the tenant. Speaking broadly, maintenance issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently. Lang have trusted contractors that they use and we have been pleased with work that has needed to be done, always in a timely fashion. Staff always communicate well with us. Our property remains in good condition.
