GoogleSelling a house can be a bit stressful. However, most of that was taken away by the team at Lang Town & Country at Plymstock. We were always kept informed and when the marketing needed tweaking they were quick to advise but it didn’t feel like you were being pressured. We got our sale and it was thanks to their hard work. A big thank you to the whole team. 👍👍

FacebookI initially invested a total of $105,000 over a period of 5 weeks. My bonus/profit was $830,000, every attempt to make withdrawal failed and I was instructed to make another deposit of $25,000 before I can make withdrawals which I did. Up till now, I'm still unable to make withdrawals and all attempts to contact brokers have failed. This is very pathetic and I felt so bad losing my investment. I did a due diligence test before investing with them but guess what I ended up getting burned. This is to create awareness, not everybody can be as lucky as I was. GoogleFound our new home after returning from Spain through Lang town & country. Was shown around the property on the first viewing by Holly who was very friendly & helpful & didn't rush us as some agents do. On our second viewing we were shown around by Carla who fitted us in at very short notice. Carla was very professional, very bubbly & nothing was too much trouble even though she was short on time. We put an offer in with Carla the same afternoon & received several missed calls later that day, which we were unable to pick up & reply to untill the following morning. Our offer was accepted & it was congratulations all round. We were helped along with recommendations for solicitors etc again by Carla as we were new to the area & i can honestly say the solicitor we chose was excelent. With the help from Becky at Lang town & country our property purchase was completed in 5 weeks from start to finish. We have never bought a property so quickly & easily. Thank you everyone at Lang town & country.

GoogleWe were very pleased with the professionalism shown by all members of the Plymstock team of Lang, Town & Country. At every step of the journey of our purchase we felt supported. Answers to phone calls and emails were always prompt and when asked for, information was provided in the shortest time possible. The icing on the cake was the lovely touch of a nice welcome to your new home card and a bottle of bubbly! If we ever have to sell the house(and we sincerely hope not as we love it!) then we will certainly be calling on Lang, Town & Country to assist us.

Hi Paul, thank you for your reply. Sadly I've made no mistake, my viewing was with Emily Jolliffe from your Mannamead Road office on Friday the 26th of May. My previous review/explanation is accurate. Luckily I video recorded the whole viewing, I do this on all viewings as I find it can help refresh my memory, especially when viewing several property's in short succession.

GoogleWe are using Plymstock office to sell our fathers apartment, the staff have been fantastic even helping clear the kitchen when the freezer had broken down as we live in Kent. Could not wish for better Estate Agents to help us through this process. Would definitely recommend this company .

Phoned to view a property as soon as it was listed for sale, was given what I was told was their earliest viewing appointment over a week later on a Friday of a bank holiday weekend. Arrived for viewing to find someone else waiting to view the same property and minutes after getting into the property another family arrived to view. We were all rushed around the property, the agent couldn't answer any of our questions, she didn't even know where the boiler was in the property or seem particularly interested then we were told that they would need best and final offers by 12pm the following day, Saturday of a bank holiday weekend!I feel sorry for the seller as they are undoubtedly going to lose out.

Fantastic service over many years. Whenever there was an issue, nothing was too much trouble. We once had an major problem with the drains outside and they dealt with everything including liaising with the insurers. I could not recommend highly enough.
