Lamb and Co were very helpful during our recent move (buying a property from them), and were on the ball right at the end when the sellerβs solicitors were making everything unnecessarily problematic. Special thanks especially to Paris Frost who made sure we exchanged with minutes to spare. Jo Millar was a font of knowledge as well, very beneficial person to be able to speak to, not to mention friendly.

GoogleThere are a lot of letting agents out there, but, I have not found , a company , that shows that they enjoy their profession. The professionalism shows through with Attention and enthusiasm, prompt emails with updates, And your phone call is always returned within a very short period of time. A very rare commodity these days. I have had the pleasure of dealing with this Company recently, and was always greeted with a smile and a warm reception. All staff At the office was polite and very cheerful. Coral Manning, the lettings manager , is One the nicest people I have ever met. So my message is, if your require the services of an estate agent,letting agents, do Not hesitate to, to make this your first port of Call. You wonβt be disappointed. RAC

I cannot praise Lamb and Co. enough, Callum and his team from the start, photoβs excellent, Tony, Jordan, Bethany, Paris and Scott they went that extra mile, especially Jo Millar who was so informative and gave an exceptional customer service from the start, a real credit to her company, and at the same time was so friendly and helpful, a lovely lady. So look no further, the only Estate agents you should be dealing with.

GoogleWe have had a very complex sale and chain breakdown which has been so stressful. Jo Millar came along and she couldn't do more for us; explaining processes, updating us even if there isnt any change just to touch base, keeping us calm. We are soooo thankful she is involved. And Scott has been so supportive and involved - he genuinely cares which is lovely. We really appreciate it and recommend Lamb & Co for anyone selling and/or buying!

GoogleSecond property we have sold through Lamb & Co and yet again their service is excellent. If we were selling again we wouldn't even consider using another estate agent why would we with 12 viewings in as many days sold on the 12 day contracts signed and buyer moving in after 24 days!! Almost daily contact from either Jo, Tony and Jordan who always kept us fully updated and informed. Selling property is always a daunting prospect but Lambs just seem to make everything less daunting and less stressful with their positive, friendly and customer focussed yet professional approach. Must mention the great images of the property taken by Zoe the in house photographer.
