Robert Perry, Coral Manning and Jo North, with whom in particular we've had dealings, have been helpful as the interface between us as landlords and our tenant. Robert is diplomatic in emphasising joint responsibilities for keeping the property in good order, acting promptly to ensure that jobs are done, Coral is extremely proactive in her dealings with the tenant and Jo is very friendly and responsive to our queries. Good service overall!

I cannot praise Lamb and Co. enough, Callum and his team from the start, photo’s excellent, Tony, Jordan, Bethany, Paris and Scott they went that extra mile, especially Jo Millar who was so informative and gave an exceptional customer service from the start, a real credit to her company, and at the same time was so friendly and helpful, a lovely lady. So look no further, the only Estate agents you should be dealing with.

From the very beginning of the process of buying a BTL property and having a lot of questions, Harry has been beyond helpful even before the property had completed and answered my many questions with knowledge and patience. I felt completely reassured knowing my property was in the best hands to be fully managed with absolutely everything taken control of including all checks. Coral was also very helpful and lovely. Their advice has been excellent. The sale was through Lambs as well and the sales team were also excellent.

Through our entire journey from viewing to purchase to completion we have had full support from Lamb and Co. Bethany did our viewings and was really helpful and patient. Once we purchased Hayley was our point of contact and the support, updates and time given to us was above and beyond. I dealt with Lamb & Co as a buyer of a property and was very impressed by the professionalism with which they dealt with us. Hayley Jones who was our point of call was very helpful, courteous and patient at all times. There were some glitches along the way which were beyond our control but thanks to Hayley’s professionalism we were able to see it through. It goes without saying that if we ever require the services of an estate agents we will contact Hayley and her team.

We were very happy with the sales team at Lamb & Co. Tony and Charlie in particular were both very helpful and made the whole process a lot easier. Two points: 1) It would be great if they could start a phone call with "Everything is going fine, just wanted to....." as this would have prevented me having a panic each time they called, worrying something had happened! 2) The Conveyancing team made us feel like we were a bit of an inconvenience when we called to ask how our sale was progressing. It would have been nice if they kept us more in the loop.

I would undoubtedly recommend Lamb and co to anyone.excellant from the moment I walked in the door.Even though I've got adverse credit and unemployed they still managed to have the keys in my hands for my new place within 3-4 weeks after signing up with them and only my second viewing.couldnt be more happy with the letting department, and a massive thank you to Harry for sorting me out with somewhere to live in these difficult times for me.👍 5 star rating and if I could give more then I would.

Coral made the entire process stress free, she is a pleasure to deal with and no question went unanswered, she was quick and went the extra mile for the situation we found ourselves in. Cannot thank her enough for all the work she put in at the start and then throughout our rental time and even went beyond as we were leaving and come back over at our request. Really felt like we were being looked after. Had the pleasure of meeting some of the other team members and speaking to them in emails. Again all staff were pleasant, friendly and efficient, felt like we were important no matter who we were speaking with.

Jordan pictured the property beautifully, the staff were super efficient at booking in viewings & worked around our young family - it was sold within a few days of being marketed. Caitlin went above & beyond her job role to make up for our lacking conveyancer. Her communication and forward thinking really helped progress the sale & reduce our stress and anxiety. I would recommend Lamb & Co to anyone and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. We are forever thankful!

FacebookI used lamb and co to help me with a mental health lady.sell her home and buy her new home .Jordan was fantastic with her he helped find her a lovely bungalow with everything she asked him for. He was fantastic he explained all the routine of people viewing her home that helped her extremely.he was very patient and kind to her.all the staff in office was quick to help and deal with any problems. Highly recommend very happy with them 😊

I was searching for a property urgently and was greeted by Harry Heath. A model of and estate agent, a lot could be learned from this man, excellent customer service, even gave me the guidance needed to clear my debt to make myself more appealing to landlords.After going through 5 different estate agents who repeatedly let me down and didn’t appear for viewings I finally landed with lamb and co. Lamb & co (AKA scott,sheen and partners). I have been dealing with Scott and all I can say is what exceptional service. when im promised a call back or email i get it. Scott has been brilant with my house buying as we had a few hiccups along the way (Due to the sellers solicitor) and he took in in his stride and even though i bugged him loads he was always polite. i would 100% recommend this estate agent.

I am very impressed with the service I have received from Lamb & Co, always very fast at answering the phone and got me in for a viewing so quickly. I originally met Lee for a viewing who recommended another place for me where I was then able to deal with Harry. I was lucky as Lamb and Co found a buyer for my property within a week. I was less lucky with the length of time the sale took to complete due to it being a leasehold property, however, Hayley was generally very good in keeping me updated and always responded to my queries quickly. She was always cheerful and pleasant abs very easy to deal with.

Really impressed with the level of service that we were given selling our family home . Very respectful and understanding regarding viewings as my elderly Mother was living there alone, they even call whilst in lockdown to ensure she was well and if she needed anything as we live in Bath and couldn’t visit at that time . Can’t recommend them enough they were brilliant throughout the whole process from initial viewings to completion.

Great service from the whole letting team at Lamb & Co, from start to finish they have been very efficient and our flat was marketed the same day, then a viewing the very next day and a tenant signed up. Robert Perry has overseen the process with the contract side of things now performed electronically, we have been extremely impressed. No hesitation to use again and thoroughly recommend to other landlords.
