TrustpilotUnrealistic Rental Deposits
Expensive and unreasonable rental deposit requirements for Tenants to put forward. 1 months rent for deposit, plus another month's rent paid in advance (minus 1 weeks rent to reserve a property) - so rent a £1000 property, and before you've put a foot in the door - you need to hand over £2000! Scandalous, no wonder it's a posh office and classy motors - the renters are paying it!

GoogleThere are no words to adequately describe how great Lamb & Co were for us. We had a lot of complications selling our home (not on Lamb's part, just general market conditions and it being oan old home), and everything they did was supportive, thorough, responsive, caring beyond our expectations and hopes. Jordan gave us confidence and just set everything up right, the wider team supported us every step of the way, and then comes Jo, who is responsible for sales progression (getting us to completion). I actually train people how to be great with customers for a living. And my new shorthand is: be like Jo. Jo is hands-down the most proactive, caring, and brilliant person you can ever hope to work with. What would have been a 10/10 stressful situation for any person, Jo made it infinitely easier. We are indebted to Jo, and the team. Our little family could not rate Lamb & Co highly enough. Thank you so so much for selling our home in Clacton.

100% recommend this company and Jo North who was so efficient, friendly and a font of advice with my endless questions. Been seriously looking for over a year now for what I need and when I spotted it as a Premium Listing on Rightmove late on a Thursday, Jo got me a viewing not even 24 hours later and by the time the weekend was over I had been accepted and approved via the digital reference system they use on Rightmove. It was so easy to use even for an older person like me. Jo kept in touch throughout the procedure too and even when I moved in, emailed me to wish me all the best which was so lovely. What could easily have been a nightmare from start to finish was a breeze for me because of Jo and her professionalism. She’s a credit to the company and the industry.

I have found Robert Perry, Coral Manning, and Joanna North to be a great help in sorting out the problems that always come up when you’re renting. All of them are very professional, understanding, kind, and very helpful. I really wouldn’t know what to do without their help. They always do their job with utmost care and kindness and I’m really happy to have them to manage and sort everything out for me. I cannot really fault them.
