I am very impressed with the speed and professional service by Lamb & Co Property Tendring. An absolutely stellar performance from Bethany Auger (Sales Negotiator) because she LISTENED to the NEEDS of the CUSTOMER and put my needs before her own. Giving me time to explore and empowering me through her excellent communication! She had a thorough knowledge of all aspects of this property so queries were answered immediately at the point of sale - from memory! Her patience, calm & 'Can Do Attitude', 'GOING the EXTRA MILE' by driving to my property to verify documentation for due diligence immediately after viewing was impressive! Enabling me to secure the property I wanted within hours! Thank you for making this experience STRESS FREE!

Hayley was great, positive communication and kept in touch regardless….whether there was something to say or not! Stand out during the process. My original experience in selling started with a different agent. In comparison Stoneridge were tardy and dated against Lamb & Co. I was always chasing for feedback and driving the agent and often given incorrect information. It was a breath of fresh air when Lamb & Co started marketing as they were far more pro-active straight away bringing offers to the table, and communicating all activity no matter what. I would recommend the Lamb & Co team to offer a positive experience throughout a difficult timeframe when selling a home.

We found a property in Clacton on Sea which has taken 8 months to finally complete the long Chain. Tony was the Salesman , very professional and positive. We were then passed on to the Sales Progression Team and Hayley Jones. Hayley has been with us although this long process. Polite and very positive and kept us informed at all times.

We found a fantastic property in Clacton on Sea which we instantly fell in love having looked at quite a few. Tony was the Salesman punctual and polite (didn't much of a pitch to sell the property)! We were then passed on to the Sales Progression Team and Hayley Jones. Hayley clearly knows her job well, unflappable and to the point in all of our dealings. It was a pleasure doing g business with Lamb and Co. In what is a very competitive market place.

Praise for lettings

Coral made the entire process stress free, she is a pleasure to deal with and no question went unanswered, she was quick and went the extra mile for the situation we found ourselves in. Cannot thank her enough for all the work she put in at the start and then throughout our rental time and even went beyond as we were leaving and come back over at our request. Really felt like we were being looked after. Had the pleasure of meeting some of the other team members and speaking to them in emails. Again all staff were pleasant, friendly and efficient, felt like we were important no matter who we were speaking with.

I’m a bit deaf & did some times have difficulty understanding Haley, but totally agree with David’s review re chasing for the ‘Management Pack’, which I eventually discovered meant LPE1 form. As seller it was equally frustrating to be told by solicitor it was in hand, when it actually wasn’t (or the wrong agent was being asked for it) and otherwise would’ve had much earlier notice of completion date instead of the 9-day rush!

From start to finish Lamb&Co have been extremely helpful with the sale of my property. Sold and completed our property recently with Lamb and Co and in truth, we really do question what we have paid the money for. From the off set, Scott was unwilling to work with us on photos when we weren't happy with them. Having then closed their offices and no longer having a site in Harwich, we did all viewings ourselves and rarely heard anything from the team having to chase them for feedback or information on more than one occasion. We heard from the estate agents we were buying from every week to keep us up to date with how the chain was moving and even towards the end regarding completion dates and moving toward we knew all information from the vendors agents and not Lamb & co. On completion day we didn't even get a call from Lamb&Co! Nothing at all, zero communication we relied on the solicitors and other estate agents to communicate for them. Not even a congratulations on selling your home! Do yourselves a favour and pop your house on with Harwich Village team; they have experience and personal touches that sadly the team at Lamb&Co are seriously lacking.
