TrustpilotThese agents are amazing
These agents are amazing, especially Tony who took over our purchase after our initial agent couldn't continue. Tony chased up everything and kept us informed at every stage. We had more contact with him than our selling agent - couldn't recommend this company enough⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Thank you for your kind words- we are very proud of Tony. Wishing you all the happiness in your new home from all of us at Lamb & Co.

TrustpilotReally impressed , excellent service , very professional
Really impressed with the level of service that we were given selling our family home . Very respectful and understanding regarding viewings as my elderly Mother was living there alone, they even call whilst in lockdown to ensure she was well and if she needed anything as we live in Bath and couldn’t visit at that time . Can’t recommend them enough they were brilliant throughout the whole process from initial viewings to completion.
Thank you for this lovely feedback Katherine- it was our pleasure to help. Wishing you and your family all the best.

TrustpilotI wouldn't use another estate agent.
We used Lamb and Co to sell our property and I could not recommend them highly enough. We had a very stressful move due to solicitors in other parts of the chain and Scott could not have been more helpful throughout the whole process. I'm sure that there were times that I drove him to insanity but he remained very professional at all times. I'd recommend lamb and co to anyone in a heartbeat and I'd use them again without a second thought should we ever want to move again.

TrustpilotLamb & co (AKA scott,sheen and…
Lamb & co (AKA scott, sheen and partners). I have been dealing with Scott and all I can say is what exceptional service. when im promised a call back or email i get it. Scott has been brilant with my house buying as we had a few hiccups along the way (Due to the sellers solicitor) and he took in in his stride and even though i bugged him loads he was always polite. i would 100% recommend this estate agent.
Thank you for this lovely feedback. We are very proud of Scott and will be sure to share this with him. Best of luck for the move and we wish you all the happiness in your new home.

FacebookThe guys at Scott Sheen and partner have been absolutely fantastic throughout the sale of my property. They have managed to find me a second buyer only two days after the previous sale has fallen through. Real professionals, I can’t recommend them highly enough!

FacebookSold my house in Thorpe Le Soken through Scott Sheen and Partners this month and it's been great working with them. From start to finish they've been responsive, chasing solicitors and making sure the sale is going through smoothly. The overall experience has been fantastic and if you're thinking of selling your home, I would highly recommend this agent.

GoogleIts been a long and drawn out process, as most things have been, but Scott Sheen have kept me updated along the way. The gentleman, Josh, who we had most dealings with was a polite and knowledgable salesperson. He always went the extra mile when possible. A very happy customerPositiveQuality

GoogleIf i could give no stars i would!! Worst cow boy company i have come across. Went to make moving easy and stress free however there has been nothing but accusations, assumptions, and lies. Not turning up for viewings. Accusing us of instructing another agent (despite us with on a multi agency agreement under an assisted move). I have never been so appalled! And to be told to 'both move on to better things'!!! AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hi Hannah, we always strive to provide first class customer service, I am sorry that this time the service you have received has not been satisfactory. I take this very seriously and as such would like to investigate further, I would be grateful if you could drop me an email on callum@scottsheenandpartners.co.uk so I can look into this further. Regards, Callum Lamb
