Communication needs improvement

Lamb & Co are pretty good at getting viewings of your house if you sell through them and we did sell fairly quick but the market is currently very buoyant. They are active on social media which is a good addition to Rightmove etc as a lot of people now use Instagram for property. The photos they take are very good quality and they also use a drone. The negatives points we felt were that more attention was paid to the buyer than the seller and once we had sold communication wasnt great.

First class.

After being let down on a property I was in search for home to rent. I finally rang Lamb & co to see if they had a large 4/5 house to rent and after a few seconds Harry said he might have a property just down the road to where I’m living now, he asked if he could ring me back in a couple of minutes, I wasn’t holding out for a phone call back as all the other agents I rang ( and I mean there was a lot) hadn’t got back to me with anything, then The phone rang and it was Harry calling me back as promised and he had said he has a property for me to view. After viewing the property I immediately wanted it and Harry mad it happen. Literally a two day turnaround from me seeing the property and it being mine to rent. I’ve also had dealings with coral and can honestly say the team at Lamb & co are great, honest, Quick and reliable. I would 100% recommend them if your looking for all these things in a team. 5* from me. Thanks again lamb & co.

I barely compliment someone. But I admire you. Your smile is attractive, and your photos are beautiful. You look gorgeous and charming. I would love to be friends with you, but I feel it's not right to send you a request without your consent. I hope you don't mind sending me a friend request. I hope to get a response from you soon. Good, friendly and professional service

We purchased through Lamb & Co and throughout our search we found each member of the team helpful friendly and professional. They paid attention to our search criteria and due to understanding this, drew our attention to a new property about to go on the market which we love and have just moved in. They were never pushy and always helpful in negotiations including getting special requests agreed with the builder. Would recommend them to anyone. The service was really personal throughout

Great experience

I was searching for a property urgently and was greeted by Harry Heath. A model of and estate agent, a lot could be learned from this man, excellent customer service, even gave me the guidance needed to clear my debt to make myself more appealing to landlords. After going through 5 different estate agents who repeatedly let me down and didn’t appear for viewings I finally landed with lamb and co. I can wholeheartedly say this was a good experience and would use this estate agents again if I was to move. Thanks Harry, coral and the team
