Our son, recently purchased a property through Lamb & Co Clacton branch, and the whole process was straight forward with no hiccups !If we had any queries, we contacted a very helpful lady named Caitlin, who was able to keep us in the loop at all times. We were nicely surprised with a big bottle of bubbly when collecting the keys 🔑. Nice thought, which was much appreciated. 🤩. Keep up the good work !

We recently needed to find new tenants for our property in Holland-on-Sea. Harry, Lee and Coral were the perfect team and arranged for viewings to take place as soon as the refurbishments were complete. Their knowledge and advice was extremely valuable. Having been dealing with them over a few years they have always proved to be reliable and efficient. Highly recommended!

Well what could i say about my experiences with Lamb and Co estate agents. After going into three other estate agents in Clacton-on-Sea i found Lamb and Co are the best to go and see. They present themselves very well and make you feel very comfortable throughout dealing with you. They always keep you updated on how things are progressing so with my move going into my new rented property going smoothly i highly recommended using Lamb and Co anytime.

We would fully recommend the services of Lamb & Co. The agents had our property sold on the first day of viewing with an price above our initial asking price, due to to the interest in the property. We will be in doubt about using their services in the future.

TrustpilotLamb & Co - Definitely give them a go!
We've just moved into a rental property advertised and managed by Lamb & Co. Having rented for many years, I have to say, Lamb & Co, have been the most efficient and attentive estate agent I've ever dealt with. When I initially rang to enquire about the property, it had just been taken off the market. The conversation could have just ended there, but Harry, seeing the bigger picture, took our details, just in case anything else came up or things fell through with the prospective tenants (which they did). From then on Harry was on it! He got us in to see the property ASAP and when our application was accepted, Harry frequently contacted us, sometimes outside of work hours to ensure, things kept progressing towards our move-in date.Throughout the process, Harry was friendly, very helpful, and went above and beyond for us especially with regards to the inventory which took him a long time to put together as Lamb & Co did not hold the keys to the property when the landlord was away on Holiday. All the little niggles you find when you move into a property, Harry has sorted, quickly and all with a smile! I cannot thank Harry, enough for his professionalism, guiding us through the process, consistently keeping his promises and all his hard work. Coral and her impeccable customer service at the tenancy signing and her sweet little handwritten card deserve an honourable mention also. If these guys are a marker for how the rest of the Lamb & Co team work, then I wouldn't use any other Estate Agent in Clacton on Sea.
Hi Lucinda, thank you so much for your lovely review of our lettings lambs. We are exceptionally proud of our team and very much appreciate that you have taken the time to share your experience on here. Wishing you all the happiness in your new home from the team at Lamb & Co.

Thankyou to all at Lamb & Co Clacton.. Jordan pictured the property beautifully, the staff were super efficient at booking in viewings & worked around our young family - it was sold within a few days of being marketed. Caitlin went above & beyond her job role to make up for our lacking conveyancer. Her communication and forward thinking really helped progress the sale & reduce our stress and anxiety. TrustpilotThe most genuine and friendly estate agents :-)
The most genuine, kind and caring estate agents I’ve ever had any experience with! The way they treat us tenants is miles above and better than the way we’ve been treated by other estate agents and we’re so super grateful !! Any issues we have have been sorted insanely fast and to a great standard and we haven’t ever been made to feel like we’re in the wrong for asking for things to be sorted.I honestly can’t find all the words to explain how appreciative we are to be treated so well!! Lee and Coral especially have been super helpful and very friendly any times we’ve had any interactions!
Thank you for your kind words Kourtney. We are very proud of our lettings team and will be sure to pass this on to Lee & Coral. Wishing you all the best from all of us at Lamb & Co.
