GoogleHad an awful experience with this agency. They went radio silent during the middle of a sale. Offer accepted, then I’m told the owner is enquiring about extending the lease and they will come back to me. I still haven’t heard back. It’s been 2 months! I’ve chased and I’ve chased! I dealt with Chloe Boniface who was utterly clueless and not very helpful. Don’t think she has a clue what she is doing. She didn’t even tell me that the owner is enquiring. She strung me along. Had to get that info out if a colleague (Duncan) I think. He hasn’t got back to me either lol. Go to another agency if you are in a rush people, because these guys ain’t got the foggiest! Customer service 0/10!
