GoogleKeys were very professional. They sold my flat quickly and achieved a very good price. Their staging service was great and I appreciated that they went above and beyond and interacted with the lawyers to help it all go through within the timeframe. They were in constant communication with me to keep me updated and allow me to make an informed decision about the offers received. I strongly recommend them. GoogleAbsolutely 5* service from Keys Estate Agents. We recently sold a property and couldn't have more happy with the service we received. From the first meeting with David when we were impressed by just how quickly he arranged the photographer and proceeded to have the property on the market to the last email from Kayla thanking us for our business and wishing us well, everything was perfect. They kept us constantly updated and informed throughout and we felt totally valued as customers. They worked tirelessly to get viewings and we even had feedback from a couple of viewers who told us how impressed they were with the follow up from Keys. Thanks to all their hard work, we quickly secured a sale. I want to particularly thank Kayla who was a delight to work with - she was friendly yet professional throughout the process and a shining star in their team. GoogleCan't speak highly enough of this place. I was having trouble selling my property with another company and my friend recommended Keys. Within 3 weeks the house was sold. It would of been sooner hadn't it been for the fact it was 2 days before Christmas that it was put on the market. I originally dealt with David who was very professional and he passed me on to Kayla whom I don't have the words to describe how helpful she was. She went over and above what was expected and kept me informed daily as to the progress. A very professional company and staff and would give more stars if Google would allow

GoogleI sold my house within a week with keys. It went to a closing date and the valuation Pamela gave me, was spot on with the home report. I was given Kayla to sell my house, and she gave me first class attention, One of the reasons why I want to recommend keys estate agents is that you are not passed on to others, Kayla was so easy to talk to, and listened to my needs, and I felt no stress during the sale. GoogleI used keys estate agents to sell my late father’s house and honestly can’t speak highly enough of them. I had the pleasure of dealing with Kayla who made the transaction seamless. Kayla herself was extremely approachable and nothing was ever a hassle. The house went on the market on the Friday and Kayla helped over the weekend to arrange viewings resulting in us receiving several offers on the Monday. As with settling any estate, sometimes it takes a little longer but Kayla was excellent at setting expectations and guiding me in the right direction. Thanks for everything !

GoogleHaving chosen Keys Estate Agents l found them to be a very professional and independent always keeping me updated on ongoing matters regarding the house sale. I would highly recommend them to anyone as the staff is very friendly and are always at the end of a email or phone if you need anything from the start of the sale to the end of the process. The Agents make the process stress free by marketing the property at a fair price that attracts buyers and also ensure that you have all the necessary information before putting your property on the market and maximising your viewings. A big shout must go out to the photographer and again the friendly professional staff.
