GoogleA wonderful team. Extremely helpful and knowledgable but also very approachable and personable which made the whole process so much more relaxing. They went above and beyond during the conveyancing when there were delays with one of the Solicitors which was key in ensuring all parties were kept informed. Can’t thank them enough and would highly recommend.

GoogleI used Keys Estate Agents to sell my Dennistoun flat and have to say the experience was sublime from start to finish. I was selling as part of a chain and to say it didn't go smoothly would be a bit of an understatement, but the professionalism and ownership/accountability demostrated Gillian made the whole thing a lot less stressful. She consistently went above and beyond throughout the process and her mannerisms provide all the reassurance and comfort needed when going through a chain purchase/sale. I would fully recommend Keys to anyone without hesitation.

GoogleDuncan and his team have just sold out house in record time. I showed him round 6 months before we put it on the market and there was no hassling, and when we were ready he gave us great advise throughout. Couldn't be more satisfied.

Googlevery disappointing, my partner was meant to be viewing a property today, it was agreed in advance. He got to the property, was waiting, called the lady who agreed with the viewing who then went onto saying that she forgot to call him and let him know that someone has already taken the property. Absolutely ridiculous.
Agent replied · 16 April 2026
Thank you for your feedback and we’re really sorry about this. The property had already been taken and we should have called to let you know before your viewing. It was our mistake that the appointment wasn’t entered into the system properly. We always try to offer a friendly and professional service, but we’re also human and sometimes things go wrong . We’ve addressed it internally and genuinely apologise for your inconvenience. All the best, Duncan
