GoogleHad our house on the market with this company from October - January. Whenever you call them they are unable to answer your question or able to put you to someone who can answer your call- to be told they will call you back....... to never call you back.
I have since read reviews from other people to say the staff are rude- but I have to DISAGREE, they are just incompetent.
I have asked to have the house removed from there portfolio...... hopefully to a company that are a little more organised.

GoogleDo not don’t use these agents they are very unprofessional. I had my flat on the market for and I did not have one single viewing from these guys. I then asked Charlotte Bates(Sales Negotiator)if one of the other agents can use their photo to advertise my property and she stated that director was away on holiday when thou I made this request to the five days prior and then had to call her and refused to give my even the directors email address. She had a cocky attitude and made every excuse under the sun to use delay tactics to give her more time to advertise my property so she could sell it. I did not even get one viewing ( how can I with Charlottes as a sales negotiator.I don’t think she is even capable of selling a can of coke never mind a house or a flat. I found rude and unhelpful. I would love to ask the director what made him hire her? Anyway don’t waste your time with this agent loads more in Collier Row. I am a very calm and placid person but Charlotte rubbed me up the wrong way and after 5 minutes on the phone to her I took my property off the market with Keys and Lees. Thanks Charlotte not much commission in your wages this month.

service. Sadly the website needs a good overhauling. The time wasted on seeing properties that are sold or STC is woeful. Surely someone is responsible for this sorry state of affairs! Page after page of properties that are sold or under STC is frustrating to say the least. It got so bad I decided to use countrywide website as they have the facility to filter out such nonsense .

GoogleMessage to all Landlords. Do not use Keys & Lee to manage your property under any circumstances.
Keys & Lee failed to renew the gas certificate on expiry despite having received 4 reminder letters from British Gas;
Keys & Lee failed to report the fact that the property had deteriorated under their management which required repair works costing £10000; Keys & Lee failed to pay rent received to me on time;
Keys & Lee allowed rental arrears to build up without taking any action;
Keys & Lee failed to find a suitable replacement tenant in 4 months ( the new letting agent found a suitable tenant within 3 days of being instructed).
I sincerely regret having to make these comments but I would not want other Landlords to be treated in this way.
