My wife and I couldn't be happier with the service from Keys & Lee. From the moment I picked up the phone to book our very first viewing, Candice and the team were always helpful and keen to find us our dream home. As first-time buyers, I was particularly impressed by how informative the team were. I've heard of the nightmares people have with estate agents, and I can honestly say our experience was nothing but pleasant throughout the whole process. She went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were being met, she never failed to answer the phone or reply to an email immediately and she always kept us up to date with everything that was going on. Thank you to Keys & Lee and especially Candice for helping us buy our first home. From the first contact to book a viewing all the way through to completion, nothing was ever too much trouble for her. I almost always got straight through to Candice on the first call to the office but if I had to leave a message with the ever helpful Sandra or Duncan I would receive a call back as soon as Candice became free. The world of house buying will forever be a confusion for me but Candice and all the staff at Keys & Lee made it so easy and simple even going so far as keeping all the solicitors on track as well. Excellent work and thank you very much.

Went to a viewing, nobody turned up and no prior warning. Phoned the office and the person on the phone told me it was under offer and was disinterested in the inconvenience caused. Advised me they had left a message that the viewing was cancelled (they had not). Highly doubt I would view, buy or sell with this agent in future as a result.

We bought our house from this estate agents as the sellers were their customers. The service we recieved from them was second to none.. Staff were very friendly and professional at all times, from the the viewing to completion a fast seamless service. The most unprofessional service ever. First of all, the agent would barely communicate and every time to get a response I had to email & call several times, often waiting up to a week for a response. Moreover, I was misinformed regarding the progress of the sale (i.e. told that the application was filed, while it in fact wasn't) But the worst part is that after the sale was agreed and about to be finalised, the estate agent found out that the property has an age limit. How can an estate agent not know such basic details about the property as an age limit and still proceed with the sale? They wasted 2 months and caused a lot of upset.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism
