GoogleKennedys were absolutely amazing. My sister and I had to sell our dear mothers beautiful bungalow as poor mum has gone into care. Tina came to visit us on the 13th of Feb 2023 and we have completed the sale today the 24th May 2023!. Tina really appreciated the beauty of mums property and spent time with my husband and I that day, expressing professional confidence, kindness and sensitivity with our plight. We are not local to the area so a great deal was done by telephone and e mail with plenty of feedback and communication. We had also asked for another larger estate agent to value the property but there was no comparison and we immediately asked Tina if she and her small team would take it on for us. We can not rate them highly enough-their knowledge of the area is paramount -we would not hesitate to recommend Kennedys-thank-you so much Tina, Christy and Lesley-X

They also read the utility meters on the day of completion. Saving several hours of travelling. Can’t rate them highly enough. Thank you ladies

GoogleKennedy's are fantastic. I cant find a bad word about them. From start to finish they are professional and thorough. This leaves any anxiety i had as a customer to the bare minimum. If you need an estate agent for buying or letting, you shouldnt hesitate to contact this company.

GoogleDear Peter, Andy, Georgina & Ben, Team Kennedy’s, We should concentrate on the outcome not the journey, and what a great outcome, great buyers, seamlessly progressed to exchange of contracts for my sale. There were bumps in the road along the way, but this is the UK housing market and should be expected, however, you stuck at it, made the right suggestions at the appropriate time to react to the market and the hurdles put in our way, but we cleared each one in turn by being open, honest and realistic. GoogleKennedys have now sold two houses for me. I choose Kennedys as they are a family who are fully invested in the area that they know, live and work. You can’t put a price on that.
