GoogleKennedys Estate Agents recently handled the sale of my mum's flat following her death. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I live 85 miles away, therefore dealing with certain aspects of the sale was tricky but nothing was too much trouble for Tina, Christy and Lesley. They priced the flat sensibly and promptly secured viewings leading to a very quick and smooth sale. They were happy to pass keys to tradesmen with my permission and arranged for items of furniture to be removed prior to completion. They were available for advice and guidance throughout the process, especially when there was a minor panic just prior to exchange of contracts. It is certainly well worth using a smaller firm like Kennedys as the attention to detail and personal service is exemplary.

GoogleKennedy,s came to value my property in early February 2022. Tina Cornish,s valuation was considerably higher than either of the other two local agents. This was not however why I instructed her to act for me. I felt that she regarded houses as people,s homes, rather than just a financial investment, but of course they are that too. Because Tina knows and understands, Bridport, it's property and its people so well When my home went onto the market , she already knew several people who might be interested, and was in touch with them. and put up signs to help find the location. Within 3 days the full asking price was offered, and I took it off the market. It didn't go onto the Kenbedy,s website, nor onto Right Move, so unnecessary viewings were avoided, for which I was grateful. When the buyer had nerves, and tried to reduce their offer, Tina went above and beyond her responsibility to reassure and encourage them, and achieved this with only a small drop in price. At all times Tina and her colleagues, Christy and Lesley have been most helpful, friendly and encouraging and a joy to work with. I cannot praise or thank them too much. Jill Lloyd So it never

GoogleKennedys were absolutely amazing. My sister and I had to sell our dear mothers beautiful bungalow as poor mum has gone into care. Tina came to visit us on the 13th of Feb 2023 and we have completed the sale today the 24th May 2023!. Tina really appreciated the beauty of mums property and spent time with my husband and I that day, expressing professional confidence, kindness and sensitivity with our plight. We are not local to the area so a great deal was done by telephone and e mail with plenty of feedback and communication. We had also asked for another larger estate agent to value the property but there was no comparison and we immediately asked Tina if she and her small team would take it on for us. GoogleYou don't find much more enthusiasm for property than at Kennedy's. The team wanted the sale to go through as much as we did, and they bent over backwards to broker the deal. There local knowledge is encyclopaedic, which proved invaluable in our choice of property.
