I first found her through her property videos (linked from Rightmove to Instagram), which immediately stood out, seeing her walk through a property gives a far clearer understanding than standard photos and was what drew us to her.
In person, she was just as strong: professional, efficient, and very knowledgeable, but also genuinely likeable, compassionate and empathetic. She took real care in how she explained things to my parents-in-law, which made the process feel much easier for them. The property she showed us matched our brief exactly.
Although our search has now shifted to an area she doesn’t cover, Helen still took the time to advise us and even recommended a solicitor to help us move forward. That level of support, without any expectation, felt genuine and not just commission-driven.
I’ve already recommended Helen’s services to another buyer and wouldn’t hesitate to do so again.
