GoogleUnfortunately, we were left so upset with the service from the Kennedys. Through the whole process it was clear that they only cared for the sellers interests, even if that meant longing out our process (as the buyers) over months, not updating us, and making several excuses for the seller. The sellers even breached their contract by taking items that they had signed to be left on the property, leaving us in a position of further legal complications, but as it was the seller making errors again - the Kennedy’s have not helped or resolved it and made excuses for them yet again.
Dear Abi & Pras; It deeply saddens me to read this message, as you know, the vendors of your now home were purchasing an apartment, also through ourselves, which had numerous lengthy complications out of our control, unfortunately resulting in the process taking much longer than any party involved had hoped. We are still communicating with regards to the dispute you mention at the end of your review, so hopefully we can bring this to a swift and peaceful conclusion for all involved. Dear Usha, Being an independent, family run property agent it’s always hard seeing 1 star reviews, and with no written feedback it’s tough to know what we have done to disappoint you; so thank you for picking up the phone to speak with us this afternoon. We understand your disappointment was because we were unable to show you around one of our rentals, which led to you potentially missing out on renting this home. This was due to strict time constraints laid upon us by the current tenants, no other factors. We take pride in our relationships with applicants and will continue to work hard to match anyone that contacts our office up with a home.

GoogleI have never used a letting agent before now, but can genuinely say that the Lettings Team at Kennedys' made the whole process so easy for me. Their communication, professionalism and virtual hand-holding throughout the whole process was just fantastic. A great team of people, a super-slick brand and a wonderful result for my little investment property. Huge, huge thanks Kennedys' - best decision I made in 2024!

GooglePeter and his team were amazing from start to finish. Our property (Carshalton Beeches) had been up with a local agent that were a large National agent & we had less than a handful of viewings before we were recommended Kennedy’s. We were worried at 1st as our property was out of their normal area but they were fantastic. Their communication was second to none and they liaised with us at every step of the way. We had several viewings every week, consistently until we found a buyer and then once we found our buyer, Peter & his team was on call to sort out any problems or bumps along the way. Peter’s negotiation skills and people skills were what got this deal over the line & the property sold. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kennedy‘s to anyone, as their service was totally outstanding from start to finish.

GoogleHighly Recommended Kennedys were involved with the sale of our house in Tadworth. From start to finish they were professional, communicative, supportive and great to deal with. From the initial visit to value our property through to the date of completion, we could not have asked for better support from every member of the Kennedy's team. The admin team were prompt, efficient and friendly. The sales team were fantastic and supported us every step of the way, communicating throughout. Kennedys are a family business and we appreciated the personal touch. We could have a laugh and a joke with them, really important as selling a house and moving is stressful. Kennedys know the local area well and have a wealth of local knowledge. We cannot recommend them highly enough - we certainly made the right choice when we picked Kennedys!

Professional, personable, courteous and efficient they care about their clients and will go above and beyond in order to effect the best result whether selling or buying. They sold my family home a few month's ago following the passing of my mother and the effort they went to for my sister and I was nothing short of amazing. If you are looking to buy or sell around Walton On The Hill or Tadworth you would be remiss not to speak to Kennedy's first.

GoogleUnfortunately 1 star is too many. AWFUL communication and the customer service is non existent. We have tried to rent two properties through Kennedy’s and on both occasions we were left completely out the loop unless we phoned them ( multiple times may I add ). As it stands we put an offer in on a property in July and we were apparently waiting to hear back from the landlord. Fast forward a month and we can see it has now been let to somebody else. Always fantastic to be kept informed! AVOID like the plague if you value your own time because they definitely don’t value it.
