Helen at Kennedy’s Estate Agents is genuinely excellent! I first found her through her property videos (linked from Rightmove to Instagram), which immediately stood out, seeing her walk through a property gives a far clearer understanding than standard photos and was what drew us to her. In person, she was just as strong: professional, efficient, and very knowledgeable, but also genuinely likeable, compassionate and empathetic. She took real care in how she explained things to my parents-in-law, which made the process feel much easier for them. The property she showed us matched our brief exactly. Although our search has now shifted to an area she doesn’t cover, Helen still took the time to advise us and even recommended a solicitor to help us move forward. That level of support, without any expectation, felt genuine and not just commission-driven. I’ve already recommended Helen’s services to another buyer and wouldn’t hesitate to do so again.

We sold our house through Kennedys and had a really positive experience. Throughout, they were incredibly proactive, consistently bringing in potential buyers and working hard to secure the best possible outcome for us. What really stood out was how much they went above and beyond. When we couldn’t be there, they stepped in to help manage things at the house and supported us through every stage of the process. It genuinely felt like they handled everything end to end, which made a big difference. A special mention to Martin Buhagiar, who was fantastic throughout and made the whole experience feel smooth and well managed. In the end, they achieved a great sale for us and took a lot of stress out of the process. Would 100% recommend.

Kennedys’ was the estate agent for the property we were purchasing. We can’t thank Andy and team enough for all the work they did to help us with our house purchase. We had more surprises in the process than any of us would have liked from our solicitors and our own estate agent and we really appreciated Andy stepping in to sort things out and keep things moving forward. With the other agents involved, I honestly don’t think we would have managed to get the purchase complete if Andy hadn’t been there. I used Kennedys' IPA to handle the sale of a house for a relative going into care. Both of the prospective buyers were problematic in their own ways but all the staff I dealt with at Kennedys' were superb, notably Andy Kennedy. Nothing was too much trouble and everyone we dealt with was totally professional, often going above and beyond (thank you Tabitha!) - I cannot recommend them highly enough and would gladly use them again.

Peter and his team were amazing from start to finish. Our property (Carshalton Beeches) had been up with a local agent that were a large National agent & we had less than a handful of viewings before we were recommended Kennedy’s. We were worried at 1st as our property was out of their normal area but they were fantastic. Their communication was second to none and they liaised with us at every step of the way. We had several viewings every week, consistently until we found a buyer and then once we found our buyer, Peter & his team was on call to sort out any problems or bumps along the way. Peter’s negotiation skills and people skills were what got this deal over the line & the property sold. After looking to buy a house for 3 years and many disappointments on the way, with 3 sales falling through, what an amazing luck to bump into Martin Buhagiar!!!! He was not even working for us (but for the seller), but his straight, well informed and caring approach made us at easy from day one. We are finally in our new home and now have time to reflect on the journey which was by no means straight forward! However, throughout, we were treated to amazing customer service by the entire sales team at Kennedy's and in particular by Peter Kennedy who was a consummate professional. I really felt as if all at Kennedy's had been briefed to understand what I was looking for in my next property, and on the flip side, seemed to be able to weed out the time-wasters resulting in a significant proportion of potential purchasers seeking a second viewing. Once the sale and purchase had been agreed, it didn't stop there. I appreciated Peter keeping everybody in the chain informed, smoothing over the inevitable issues, keeping everyone pulling in the same direction to achieve our common goal. He was nothing short of amazing. Estate agents have to put up with a lot of bad press - anecdotes of hovels made to sound like palaces; inflated prices, deflated prices...I could go on. I am pleased to say that the Kennedy's team really do smash any preconceived ideas of what to expect. I am hoping not to move for a good many years, but when I do, Kennedy's will get the call.

Team @ Kennedys' IPA are a fantastic team with any home search and are the "go to property agents" is all I can say... From the start, they have been fantastic with a very friendly and flexible approach initially with our purchase and we sold our property through them as well. We bought a new built property and it was complicated since our offer was accepted about 8 months before & hence it was challenging times in midst of a very volatile housing market of early 2022 but Peter along with Andy helped us tide the rough waves with credit to the developer Max who was also fantastic & accommodating and we reached our destination of completing on our purchase and sale on the same day on June 30th as envisaged way back in late October. I cannot recommend Kennedy's highly enough. Selling my parents' home after they had passed away was a difficult thing to do, however, Andy Kennedy made it so much easier. He was always there at the end of the phone or on an email, smoothing things out for us; liaising with solicitors and the buyers, and keeping us sane when the sale was delayed several times. From start to finish, the standard of service was excellent and nothing was ever too much trouble. Responses were very quick and all carried out in such a kind and caring way. Estate agents don't always have a good reputation but Kennedy's most definitely deserves one. Five stars from us and a huge thank you for all your help.

I can't believe I'm writing a review praising an Estate Agent but in all fairness we received very good service from Kennedy's, and Peter in particular. The house valuation was spot-on and the negotiations, although testing at times, were handled very professionally. The key thing for us was knowing that we could trust that Peter was working on our behalf (not the buyer's) and communication was efficient, and timely. Kennedy's made the whole process a lot less stressful than it should have been.

We fell in love with a property that they had advertised, we were not expecting to get it after being rejected from so many estate agents for various reasons, on our viewing we had Sarah show us around the property and she a pleasure to meet and talk with, she reassured us that if we wanted this property they would everything they could to help us get it, after talking to the landlord she came back to us and told us the news that our offer had been accepted, we then mainly dealt with Laura who was just as lovely as Sarah, we were quite worried on renting again after a bad experience previously, therefore we rang Laura quite a lot and was met with nothing but reassurance and help and we were in the property within 2 weeks of viewing it. After moving in we then rang as we had a question that we knew they could help with, Sarah and Laura were unavailable but Bex answered our question and we are now at ease and in the beautiful rented property and it’s all thanks to the team at Kennedys. We also received confirmation of our deposit being protected within a couple of hours of us sending it over. Such a professional, delightful and reassuring team!

We have viewed a number of properties listed by Kennedys and both my experience and impression of them tells me that they always price the property at the very ambitious/non-achievable pricing target so that they can win the exclusive marketing of the properties. As a result, the properties end up sitting on the market for a long time (6-12 months except for when market conditions are rarely hot or of sellers market like what is happening now in the middle of the pandemic) with asking prices being reduced in the end thus dampening the expectations of the vendors. They make it appear their properties are one of a kind and therefore command such high prices when compared to other similar properties. This is is also the tone you get when you speak to them on the phone. For example, a property in Downsway, Tadworth was listed at £865K which we justified as only in the region of £800 -£815K, but this was ignored. 12 months later and the property was still on the market for the same price which was laughable. Eventually, it was sold for £810K in Jan 2021. We could go on and on, but they generally make the sellers believe their houses are worth more than they are! The other issue with this company is it tends to mis-represent, like making listings such as 4 /5 bedrooms when in reality it isn't - the 5th room is a dog house or some converted garage that would not really fit a decent single bed in. We had enough of this company.
