Professional, personable, courteous and efficient they care about their clients and will go above and beyond in order to effect the best result whether selling or buying. They sold my family home a few month's ago following the passing of my mother and the effort they went to for my sister and I was nothing short of amazing. If you are looking to buy or sell around Walton On The Hill or Tadworth you would be remiss not to speak to Kennedy's first.

GoogleHighly Recommended Kennedys were involved with the sale of our house in Tadworth. From start to finish they were professional, communicative, supportive and great to deal with. From the initial visit to value our property through to the date of completion, we could not have asked for better support from every member of the Kennedy's team. The admin team were prompt, efficient and friendly. The sales team were fantastic and supported us every step of the way, communicating throughout. Kennedys are a family business and we appreciated the personal touch. We could have a laugh and a joke with them, really important as selling a house and moving is stressful. Kennedys know the local area well and have a wealth of local knowledge. We cannot recommend them highly enough - we certainly made the right choice when we picked Kennedys!

GoogleUnfortunately 1 star is too many. AWFUL communication and the customer service is non existent. We have tried to rent two properties through Kennedy’s and on both occasions we were left completely out the loop unless we phoned them ( multiple times may I add ). As it stands we put an offer in on a property in July and we were apparently waiting to hear back from the landlord. Fast forward a month and we can see it has now been let to somebody else. Always fantastic to be kept informed! AVOID like the plague if you value your own time because they definitely don’t value it.

Having discussed the matter with our Lettings team it seems they are satisfied that communication was maintained throughout the process on both occasions, however if you disagree we would really love the opportunity to talk directly and see if we can learn from this experience. GoogleI have never used a letting agent before now, but can genuinely say that the Lettings Team at Kennedys' made the whole process so easy for me. Their communication, professionalism and virtual hand-holding throughout the whole process was just fantastic. GoogleUnfortunately, we were left so upset with the service from the Kennedys. Through the whole process it was clear that they only cared for the sellers interests, even if that meant longing out our process (as the buyers) over months, not updating us, and making several excuses for the seller. The sellers even breached their contract by taking items that they had signed to be left on the property, leaving us in a position of further legal complications, but as it was the seller making errors again - the Kennedy’s have not helped or resolved it and made excuses for them yet again.

GoogleWe received truly amazing service from Kennedy's from start to finish and I would have no hesitation in recommended them. Their level of professionalism, knowledge of the property market, customer service, staff, and all the marketing tools they use to sell properties, were by far superior to competitor agents. They are a family run business and between the generations have a wealth of experience which I think is the reason for this. The quality of their brochures and photos were exceptional. They have so much knowledge of the housing market and the advice they gave us was over and above what we would have expected. And such a lovely team of people, all happy to help. I would not use anyone else for future house moves!

GoogleI am shocked how rude Andy Kennedy is. I just tried to make an appointment for a viewing. His tone and rudeness are completely inappropriate when dealing with the public. In more than one occasion he made the experience unnecessarily extremely unpleasant. I would be careful to engage this company to list my property and would advise to stay away from him.NegativeProfessionalism
