GoogleBrought my property offered for sale through Kennerdys and communication at the beginning was very good. However I never had to contact them after the offer was accepted.

GoogleA most professional and impressive service in what proved to be a challenging process. Kennedy's team provided wise counsel throughout. I would use no other agent in the local area.

Dear Usha, Being an independent, family run property agent it’s always hard seeing 1 star reviews, and with no written feedback it’s tough to know what we have done to disappoint you; so thank you for picking up the phone to speak with us this afternoon. We understand your disappointment was because we were unable to show you around one of our rentals, which led to you potentially missing out on renting this home. This was due to strict time constraints laid upon us by the current tenants, no other factors. We take pride in our relationships with applicants and will continue to work hard to match anyone that contacts our office up with a home.

Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
