I used Kennedys' IPA to handle the sale of a house for a relative going into care. Both of the prospective buyers were problematic in their own ways but all the staff I dealt with at Kennedys' were superb, notably Andy Kennedy. Nothing was too much trouble and everyone we dealt with was totally professional, often going above and beyond (thank you Tabitha!) - I cannot recommend them highly enough and would gladly use them again.

Since engaging Kennedy’s at Bridport to sell my late sister’s property Tina, Lesley & Christy have been a joy to deal with. The difficult was always made easy, and the sensitive handled with care Although it’s been a long road due to the property market there was never a doubt this team would get it ‘over the line’. Our admiration and gratitude remain for efficiently achieving the elusive sale!

Kennedys’ was the estate agent for the property we were purchasing. We can’t thank Andy and team enough for all the work they did to help us with our house purchase. We had more surprises in the process than any of us would have liked from our solicitors and our own estate agent and we really appreciated Andy stepping in to sort things out and keep things moving forward. With the other agents involved, I honestly don’t think we would have managed to get the purchase complete if Andy hadn’t been there. More than once we wished we had been selling our property through Kennedy’s too!

Peter and the Team at Kennedys have been so helpful with the recent sale in difficult circumstances. They were informative and no question or situation was too small for them to answer. Communication was key in this sale as I live way outside of the area and was always on point and they always responded quickly, even in some cases, outside of standard office hours :-) Cannot recommend them enough, the industry needs more companies like Kennedys. After looking to buy a house for 3 years and many disappointments on the way, with 3 sales falling through, what an amazing luck to bump into Martin Buhagiar!!!! He was not even working for us (but for the seller), but his straight, well informed and caring approach made us at easy from day one. No nonsense, no games, and constant open communication has made our house buy an easy experience we did not expect. I would (and will) recomend him to anyone. We completed today, after just 3 months, and it felt unreal. We could also see fist hand the bond he had created with the seller, something unusual. Thanks again Martin, you have done an amazing job!!!!!!

We are finally in our new home and now have time to reflect on the journey which was by no means straight forward! However, throughout, we were treated to amazing customer service by the entire sales team at Kennedy's and in particular by Peter Kennedy who was a consummate professional. I really felt as if all at Kennedy's had been briefed to understand what I was looking for in my next property, and on the flip side, seemed to be able to weed out the time-wasters resulting in a significant proportion of potential purchasers seeking a second viewing. Once the sale and purchase had been agreed, it didn't stop there. I appreciated Peter keeping everybody in the chain informed, smoothing over the inevitable issues, keeping everyone pulling in the same direction to achieve our common goal. He was nothing short of amazing. Estate agents have to put up with a lot of bad press - anecdotes of hovels made to sound like palaces; inflated prices, deflated prices...I could go on. I am pleased to say that the Kennedy's team really do smash any preconceived ideas of what to expect. I am hoping not to move for a good many years, but when I do, Kennedy's will get the call.

We moved to Tadworth last October 2025. Peter Kennedy, Andy and their staff were first class in helping us buy our new home. Nothing was too much trouble for them despite the odd hiccups that generally occur with moving. They kept us in the loop constantly and I doubt whether we would have moved without their help, patience, understanding and professionalism. For those looking to move in this area, or selling, we would definitely recommend Kennedy's IPA.

Kennedys Estate Agents recently handled the sale of my mum's flat following her death. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I live 85 miles away, therefore dealing with certain aspects of the sale was tricky but nothing was too much trouble for Tina, Christy and Lesley. They priced the flat sensibly and promptly secured viewings leading to a very quick and smooth sale. They were happy to pass keys to tradesmen with my permission and arranged for items of furniture to be removed prior to completion. They were available for advice and guidance throughout the process, especially when there was a minor panic just prior to exchange of contracts. It is certainly well worth using a smaller firm like Kennedys as the attention to detail and personal service is exemplary.
