GoogleNot really helpful if something on property goes wrong. I usually wait weeks for the agency to answer my emails and months to fix a problem

GoogleCan't thank kelvin Francis cyncoed branch enough. Matt for selling our property so quickly & Barbara for following thro our sale. Both could not do enough for us. Excellent service. Always took my calls and sold our property well over the asking price and within 12 weeks. I would certainly recommend this estate agent to everyone. Nothing was to much trouble. Dear Debbie, thank you so much for your review. It was a pleasure acting for yourself and your mum and I am so glad we were able to get the sale through efficiently, especially after previous sales falling through prior to you inviting us to act for you. Best wishes from myself and the rest of the team :) - Matt

GoogleThough I never thought I would write these words about a lettings agency from 10 years of experience, I have had a fantastic experience finding and getting my tenancy started with Kelvin Francis. Steve G has been responsive, explained the process and not left me wondering what to do next. I hugely appreciated their inventory check list where with images they have spelled out the condition of the house I'm renting transparently, responded within day turnarounds and have had a personable approach. We're really excited to be living here and are maybe a year or two off buying our first property, you can guess who we will be checking in with first. Thanks Steve G and the team, you're crushing the competition. GarethPositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleWe have both bought and sold houses with the help of Kelvin Francis and have found the service excellent in all respects - completely professional and reliable but, just as importantly, we felt supported and reassured through the whole process. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the team to arrange, advise on or find out, and everyone is willing to go the extra mile.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
Many thanks for your review. It has been a pleasure to act for you both and we wish you many years of happiness in your new home.
