GoogleThey cancelled a property on the same day we had arranged to move to after having paid holding deposit, completing references, and doing credit checks successfully. We had put our stuff in boxes to move when they called and said the landlord has decided to take the property off the market while we had paid the holding deposit a week prior to it which meant it must have been taken off the market then. Really unprofessional and disorganised which leaves their clients shocked, heartbroken and homeless

GoogleHighly recommended, helping us to buy our new home in Penylan. Throughout the process we were kept well informed and were continually impressed by the diligence and commitment shown to see the sale over the line, Professional but warm & personalised service. Definitely one of the best in Cardiff without doubt in my opinion. Thank you all. Katie and Andrew Woods.

GoogleWe have just exchanged contracts on our house sale which was made by Kelvin Francis, we accepted an offer New Years Eve 2019 and exchanged today 4th March 2020!. Everyone at Kelvin Francis deserves a medal, especially Matthew, Emma, Barbara and the rest of the team members have all been superb. The sale was handled professionally from start to completion, we were kept informed at every stage of the sale and I would thoroughly recommend Kelvin Francis Estate Agents as the 'GO TO' Estate Agency.

GoogleFlawless service from the team at Kelvin Francis during the recent sale of my property. From initial valuation to completion the team were always highly professional, always available and able to provide excellent objective advise not only on my sale but also my associated purchase. The photography, listing and marketing service made my home look so stunning that I almost changed my mind about moving! This generated a great deal of interest from the outset and helped gain the full asking price from the first viewing. I couldn't have wished for more and would like to thank Jan, Barbara an Emma for everything they did to make this stressful time go like clockwork. Would recommend every time without hesitation, thank you!

GoogleWe have used Kelvin Francis for both the purchase of the new house and sale of the old one. All staff has been really helpful and professional through the whole process. We are in a big chain and have to change the completion date several times which was quite frustrating. However, the service of Kelvin Francis was the best part of the whole process because they were not only professional and helpful, but also understanding and reliable. As international immigrants, buying an ideal house and making Cardiff home means a lot for us and our family, so we are so glad that we have chosen Kelvin Francis as the estate agency. We definitely will use them again in the future. Strongly recommended.

GoogleThey are the best property agent which I met in Cardiff. Every staffs in this company are very friendly and respect to their customers. Professional all the workflow of property trade. Highly recommended

GoogleThe staff are friendly and helpful. I moved into a flat that was poorly maintained, lots of minor issues all by the poor build of the property. When i requested the grout to be done, it was refused by the landlord and as It was a short term rental I never raised any further issues unless major, if it was a long term rental I definitely would not have been happy with the condition of the property. I then feel at the end I was over charged for a very small amount of cleaning that wasn't done, even though the flat was spotless otherwise and had it's many issues.

GoogleI let a property via Kelvin Francis Estate Agents and can confirm that their rental service is excellent. They found good tenants for the property within the space of a couple of days and they keep me updated on the condition of the property with regular condition reports. Would definitely recommend Kelvin Francis Estate Agents.
