GoogleWe have bought and sold through the Cyncoed branch of Kelvin Francis as have other members of our family. We always find the team professional, knowledgeable about the local market and responsive to work with and would not consider using any other agent if we were to move again in future. We wish to thank Jan, Sarah, Carol, Matthew and the rest of the team for their support in our buying and selling process.
Thank you for your kind words and although it didnβt get over the line this time, the team here wish you every success with your future plans. - Jan

GoogleI have been tremendously impressed with all the staff I have dealt with at Kelvin Francis all the way through from initially putting the house on the market to final completion. Each person involved has kept me fully informed of proceedings and, in my opinion, they have gone above and beyond the call of duty. In particular, Matt was wonderful when dealing with viewers of the house and then, once an offer had been accepted, Mark was fantastic in ensuring the sale went through smoothly. If either of these two were not available, there was always somebody else in the office who was highly knowledgeable about the situation and who could step in. I very highly recommend Kelvin Francis Estate Agents. I am extremely grateful for the professionalism, knowledge and friendliness of the staff I encountered.
Thank you Fran. It was a pleasure acting for yourself and the family. Best wishes from all the team with your future plans - Matt

GoogleWe recently purchased a beautiful house in Llanishen, Cardiff with the fantastic help of Kelvin Francis. From the very beginning, the entire team impressed us with their professionalism and genuine care. They struck the perfect balance, making us feel both valued customers and friends throughout the process. Mark, our dedicated agent, was absolutely outstanding. He kept us fully informed every step of the way, constantly liaising with solicitors, other agents, and anyone else involved to ensure a smooth transaction. For example, There was a complex negotiation with the seller, but Mark's calm and persistent communication ensured a successful outcome for us. We never felt like we were out of the loop, and his proactive approach took a huge weight off our shoulders. We also want to extend our thanks to Jan and the team for taking the time to get to know us as a couple and understand our specific needs. Their friendly and supportive demeanor made a stressful process much more manageable. They truly went above and beyond! Without a doubt, Kelvin Francis are the best estate agents in Cardiff. Their dedication, expertise, and personal touch were invaluable to us. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
Thank you Sam for your kind words, it was a very stressful journey for you, but I know that Mark has been looking after your interests. May we all wish you every happiness in your new home. Kelvin

GooglePoor Service that is not frightened to use or show any form of Discrimination. If disabled my advise is avoid this service altogether. They are only money grabbers and "NOT" a helpful or experienced service. They also lack professionalism.

GoogleKelvin Francis has been my tenancy management firm for the past four years living in Cardiff. Prompt, responsive and kind mannered, all my requests and problems have been sorted as soon as, and as conveniently as, possible. When I eventually move on from my rental here I will be sorry to lose them.
