GoogleWhen for a house viewing was running late my fault but I did notify them and they said the house will be closed at 11 for viewing. Went there at 10:50 saw what I thought a member of staff stepping out called out for them for nothing. Then I got a phone call from the office to notify me that they left. I did tell the lady that I thought the house will be closed at 11 not 10:50 and I wasn’t gonna take longer than 5 min just so I could see the rooms. She told me that wasn’t allowed and it needed to be 10 min minimum, thats a first for me I’ve dealt with other estate agents and I have made a viewing before in 5 min just to see the garden and the other estate didn’t mind at all. I wasn’t gonna take anyone’s time away from them I respect that they have a policy in place and I would have left the house before 11. I did apologise for being late but I dont think they cared. Overall, not an estate agent that I would bother with there are lots in the area that provide a better service. Won’t be back.

GoogleWe sold our house through Kelvin Francis after a recommendation from a friend who had received excellent service. This was the best decision we could have made as they were fantastic. Jan came out to value the property, and he was able to spot the features of our house and was far more personable than other agents who also came for a valuation. We agreed a reasonable sale price and had accepted an offer within a week of being on the market. The sales team were very efficient, I had a weekly update from Mark or Barbara and we were able to exchange contracts in a very reasonable time frame. Very impressed with the whole team and would recommend to anyone.

GoogleI used Kelvin Francis to sell my brothers home recently. I first met Jan to value the property, he was very professional and knowledgeable and gave me great confidence in the company and team. The marketing and sales process was efficient, and I was regularly updated throughout on viewings and offers. Finally with a very robust sales progression process, we exchanged on the sale in a very good time frame. Overall very impressed with all the team, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Communication was out standing and they really go over and above to keep you in the loop over the entire process. Must give a special mention to Mark, who helped make our process so much easier with great advice as well as being a great communicator between all parties. GoogleKelvin Francis were acting for the sellers of the property I was buying. From my perspective it’s clear why they have won awards for their service - their agent was thoroughly informed about the property when showing it, way more so than many other agents I met with in my search, and their sales progression rep (Mark) has been helpful well beyond the narrow scope of his client, working across the chain to keep all parties informed and everything moving, arranging a meet with the sellers to understand the various features etc. House moves are supposed to be generally pretty horrendous, Kelvin Francis team have worked together to make it painless and pretty stress free.

GoogleAs first time buyers we were new to the whole procedure of buying a property throughout the whole purchase everyone I've spoke to in the office couldn't have been more helpful especially Barbra! Our purchase took a little longer than we would of liked due to issues higher in the chain Barbra kept me in the loop with what was happening and if she didn't have a answer she made sure to go away and get me one couldn't of asked for better communication!
