TrustpilotGreat Service
I’ve started the process of buying a house from this estate agents and Terri Eccles has been a huge help! The communication is great and definitely important when moving house so that’s appreciated. She also let me know of any new properties that came on the market in my price range. Has been a huge help and I just can’t wait to move in!

Keenans have provided an excellent service from start to finish. They valued the house at a realistic price and kept in touch with me during the whole process. I must in particular offer my thanks to Emily who took over the process once an offer was made. She kept in touch with me on a regular basis and offered great support delivering on whatever she said she would do. The photos in the brochure were to a high standard. I also particularly like that I was asked for a couple of memories about the home and the area which they incorporated into the description of the property. Many thanks and I would definitely recommend Keenans and use them again.

Couldn’t recommend Keenans enough. The sale of my property was smooth and efficient, and very professional. The Photographer Lacie was more than professional. I was having renovations on my rear patio at the time, but she still manages to get the right angles. Couldn’t recommend anybody else.

TrustpilotExcellent service.
Excellent service.Keenan's sold our house the day it was put on the market. From start to finish it was seamless, special mention to Louis and Jack (Burnley Branch) who were helpful, supportive and pro active throughout. And to Faye who kept us updated throughout the process. We moved county's so this was quite a stressful time for us, however, they kept us in the loop throughout. I would definitely recommend anyone thinking of selling or buying a home to contact Keenan's. Extremely competitive, friendly and with fantastic customer service. Well done Keenan's!!

TrustpilotAn absolute pleasure!
I have used many estate agents throughout my life but none come close to the service and professionalism of Keenans. I can not recommend them enough! Specifically Emma D, who has gone above and beyond for us, answering all our concerns and promptly responding without having to chase once, her customer service skills were excellent and a real pleasure to do business with. Emma made the whole process a stress free experience! I wouldn’t use any other estate agents again. Highly recommended!

TrustpilotAVOID AT ALL COSTS
One of the worst estate agency experiences I have ever had!!! I purchased a property through keenans and from the minute I offered until completion was a complete nightmare! I wasnt given chance to increase my offer told my offer had been put forward to the owner which it wasnt. If i hadnt of knocked on and negotiated the offer myself then the owner would have been non the wiser. I would avoid at all costs. I was constantly lied too by Cree in their sales progression department found her rude and abrupt and the lack of communication was appallin. AVOID AT ALL COSTS - BELIEVE THEY CHARGE A LOT TOOI have tried to reply direct - Cree has already called me for further feedback following my review - I have made it clear where the issues lay and cannot be more clearer. I understand that it’s a very busy period for estate agents but felt like I had to do a lot of the chasing, I was constantly given conflicting information. By all means if you wish to discuss anything further please do let me know.
Jack we are sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your recent experience - as we have no record of your grievances we would welcome the opportunity to discuss your feedback with you in further detail. Please contact us at head office at your earliest convenience
