TrustpilotAVOID AVOID AVOID
Where do I begin. Keenans are liars. If your selling a property through them then please avoid. They will not get the best price for you. All they are after is a quick turnaround and put pressure on the sellers in accepting an offer which in this instance they were old and vulnerable. I'd put in an offer on a house I liked only to be informed that my offer was rejected because of the size of the deposit of 70%. Why should that matter when I had a mortgage in principle agreed for the remaining amount. I then spoke to the vendors directly who informed me that Keenans had put them off from accepting my offer despite it being the highest. The poor vendors were old and had been lied to by both Robert and the branch manager Jonathon about my financial situation. I will be taking this matter up with the property ombudsman as Keenans should not be allowed to conduct their business like this.

From start to finish I can’t think how Keenans could have improved their service (perhaps a bottle of whiskey 😄😄), although the solicitors dragged the sale on longer than it should have Keenans kept us up to date with all the information from both sides.Happy to recommend them. Many ThanksMartin & Lynne (Barnoldswick)

Prompt, professional, friendly and an excellent communicator- Terri Eccles is truly an asset to Keenan’s. She not only aligned the right clients to view our property but also managed to provide timely feedback so we could clarify any queries from potential buyers. I strongly recommend Keenan’s agency and especially Terri to manage your property sale.

TrustpilotCannot speak highly enough of Keenan's.
Cannot speak highly enough of Keenan's! If you need an estate agency, do not hesitate to hire this company. You'll be in the safest of hands. The whole staff team are brilliant. They sold our house on the first viewing day and "held our hand" right the way through the whole process. Every query was responded to immediately. Their professionalism and customer care are beyond compare. We had not moved house for 30 years so we were very nervous about the process, but the Keenan's team made sure everything went smoothly for us. They were particularly supportive about my husband's serious illness and kept this in the forefront of their minds during every interaction. It doesn't matter who picks up the office phone - you're guaranteed the same excellent customer service from every single team member. We can't thank them all enough for everything, although special mention must go to Paul, Sam and Lauren for their outstanding support, professionalism and empathy. If ever we need to move house again, only Keenan's will do and we recommend them without hesitation.

TrustpilotKeenans Rochdale
Keenans Rochdale This was my first time buying a property so as you can imagine it’s always a confusing time, however I was appointed Lauren from Keenans in Rochdale and I can honestly say she has been AMAZING…from the very start she has always been one step ahead of any worries I may have. She kept in touch every step of the way giving me regular updates and she always made it clear that if I had any queries she was just on the other side of the phone. 5 stars from me. Will definately be using Keenans in the future if needed :) thanks Lauren
