GoogleTime wasters really, publish flat/houses at a given price on zoopla to get your attention and then inflate the price when you enquire about them, not recommended. Not misread or misunderstood as suggested by the dishonest owner response, 2 bed townhouse published on 26DEC (2 weeks ago!) at 350k, and when enquiring, this becomes 425k lol. Those poor selling tactics need to stop
Thank you for your review. However it would appear that you have completely misunderstood and/or misread the listing. The price indicated was a new build GUIDE price only and not a 'given' price as you have stated.

GoogleAndrew is the best agent I met. Buying house is painful and restless hard work, however, the team in Kallars - Andrew, Chris and Tope took away my anxiety and depressing process. GoogleWe just completed on a first-time property and found Kallars to be excellent throughout the process. They gave us transparency and good advice regarding putting in offers and discussing budget at the start which we appreciated. Tope and Chris were friendly, responsive to all our queries, communicative and quick to respond. Although our purchase took took longer than expected, it was through no fault of Kallars and we felt well supported by them throughout. Highly recommend their services.

As your tenancy was a property rented from a private landlord, and NOT managed by Kallars, the day-to-day running of your tenancy was therefore not something that Kallars were involved with. Consequently, we are unable to comment further.
