GoogleI think I have viewed over 20 Harlow properties and have dealt with maybe 10 different agents and to be fair some have been good, some have been awful (late etc.) but Jukes were different class! Communication was excellent, they answered every question and even gave me a lift to my next viewing (with another agent). I haven’t bought anywhere yet but I just wanted to say thank you Jukes, especially Lee! I think you are great!

GoogleWhen Lee valued my house I was concerned as two other agents had valued it for £25,000 more. I went with one of those. I really wish I hadn’t. 6 months and hardly any viewings. I switched to Jukes and they advertised it for £25,000 less (£325,000). In theee weeks I e had over 20 viewings and 4 offers and I’ve just accepted an offer for £335,000 PLUS Jukes do not charge an agency fee so I get the full £335,000. Everything Lee said would happen did! Wanna sell your home? I would recommend you use Jukes Estate Agents. Thank you Lee and Geoff

GoogleWith Estate Agents often getting a bad press (and often rightly so), I am delighted to give a 5 star review to Jukes Estate Agents in Harlow. In fairness, I had not heard of them, but my friend had sold with them a while back and recommended me to them and I’m so glad they did. Lee and Geoff were excellent in every aspect of the journey from listing to completion. I would recommend them to anyone.

GoogleWhen someone goes that ‘extra mile’ I think they should be mentioned and given credit. I wanted to view a flat in Harlow that was being sold by Jukes Estate Agents. I called in a Sunday expecting to leave a message but no! They answered and booked me in to view the following day. I viewed the flat which was nice but not for me and I left to go to my next viewing. Lee saw me walking down the street and said “hop in” “I will give you a lift”. What a gentleman! I’m still looking but I would recommend Jukes as an agent that really cares!

GooglePoor service received. Was trying to rent with these estate agents. They did not seem to want to communicate via email, and it took many phone calls chasing things up and finally an email involving ombudsman to resolve the issue. Maybe they were just very busy and overwhelmed, but I'd be weary of this company and their lack of email communications. One thing I would say is they were very polite throughout the process, and once we did get contact they were very quick to resolve issue.

While we pride ourselves on being super communicative, our staff are often in and out of the office throughout the day, attending viewings or on the road, which can sometimes delay responses to emails. That said, we do understand the importance of timely communication and take it seriously. We’re glad that once we spoke, we were able to resolve the issue within the same business day and had everything sorted within an hour of your call.

GoogleHad a horrendous experience selling our house with the buyer from hell. Lee had a to go battle on our behalf after months of excuses and trying to pull out after we had exchanged contracts . I honestly didn't think it was going to happen and tbh without Lee it probably wouldn't have. Jukes had already been paid up front so could have left it but Lee kept up the pressure and fought through on our behalf. Top chap
