GoogleFantastic experience with the team at Glossop. I am a new landlord and found the whole experience of working with everyone in the office extremely easy and professional. All the options with regards to welcoming tenants were explained to myself and my wife and we were comfortable moving ahead with a fully managed tenancy . Particular thanks must go to Harriet and Caitlyn who guided us through the whole process with humour and diligence .

GoogleWhere do I start… Awful experience renting through Jordan Fishwick for 2 and a half years. Constant data protection issues, accidentally sending us personal information meant for other tenants. It was Impossible to get a response from our property manager Stefan, when he did respond to any issues or queries we had it was always at 4.30 on a Friday so he would not have to deal with it when we responded, I suspect this is an intentional practice from the company. They also attempted to take our deposit at the end for issues that already existed in the flat, if you rent through Jordan Fishwick take photos and videos of everything, they will attempt to take your deposit under false pretences. The poor care and standards of the staff is a reflection of the rental market in Manchester, everybody is desperate for a flat so they do not have to treat tenants with respect as somebody will always take the place, be careful dealing with them.
