GoogleHad damp in my property for 6 months or more now, been constantly asking for work to be done on it to no avail. 4 different contractor companies been around and said it is unhealthy to be living here but no work actually been done. We have now had environmental health around who are issuing a court order that the work must be done. it should not take this for a company to help the people giving them money.

GoogleVisited Michelle the financial advisor who takes all the pressure off mortgage applications. My family have used her for a long time and will continue to do so. We travelled quite a distance to the office and after meeting with advisors locally it was worth the trip to see Michelle and sit with someone you can trust.. Amazing at her job very professional and a pleasure to use her.

With in hours of approaching you for letting our house, the pictures were displayed in the website professionally by Paul Clarke. Then 80% of the business was dealt by Kirsty Challinor who is naturally endowed with the skills (smile and promptness) for customer service. GoogleThe team are amazing. Paul was great from day 1 when I phoned for a valuation. I got realism and plenty of guidance. Kirsty and Sue have supported me all the way through both my purchase and sale. Kirsty in particular has ensured everything has been done in a timely manner and her attention to detail is brilliant. Having dealt with other estate agents in the area I believe this is the A team and you won't get better service.
