GoogleAhmed Mamman - Mortgage Adviser I would highly recommend Ahmed if you are considering having a consultation for your mortgage. I am a first time buyer. Ahmed explained the purchase process fully to me. He was very friendly, approachable, knowledgeable, efficient in communication, he got me the best deal on mortgage lender; and in terms of his service cost was very competitive. GoogleThe team were always on hand to help and communicated clearly with us throughout. It was a turbulent selling process with several last minute chain collapses but the team went out of their way to help us get our sale through and to buy our forever house. Rob was exceptional throughout, being both professional and understanding. Thanks also to Reid and Matt, we are finally in our dream house.

GoogleSam and Debbie have been amazing. Helping me and my Partner find a home especially having a dog. I got a viewing next day after emailing them. We had to move within a week and all the paperwork was completed within days. They answered all my questions and got the keys days before I needed. Thank you both for you're hard work.

GoogleMy husband and I recently purchased a house through Jordan Fishwick, we also used Ahmed their mortgage broker to source our mortgage and whom found us a fantastic deal. I have to say from start to finish they were absolutely fantastic, in particular Reid. Thoroughly recommend using this company, excellent service. Once again thank you to Reid, Ahmed, Matt and the rest of the team.

GoogleRecently had my house sale and purchase with Jordan Fishwick. Both were very successful. Its true to say that it was stressful, but these were aspects that were out of Jordans hands. Such as other getting a buyer literally in the first and then having to madly trawl the market to find a suitable new home. However, the advice and support that Jordans gave was really helpful. Sending me to lots of potential houses and giving advice about potential purchases I'd found myself. Maura, Harry ,Dave and the team all gave good advice and guidance that helped me dodge a few problem properties and helped me keep hold of my purchaser for 6 months it took for me to secure a suitable property. Being gazumped, outbid and having to walk away from a property because of it being overpriced and the bank refused my mortgage were many of the letdowns I experienced. Funnily enough, I'd had a heads up from Maura about the overpriced property, but was so desperate not to lose my buyer I just went for it. Really thinking about my experience... The realisation when selling and buying is the you're literally at the mercy of your vendors and purchasers- if you they change their mind there isn't a lot that you or the agent can do. So really, all I can rate my experience on with the agent is the customer service, support,advice, updates and their professionalism- and for that they get 5 stars. I can't fault them . They helped keep me well balanced and updated in a business that can be an unknown quantity at times.
