GoogleVery very poor customer service, unprofessional and immature, I have never come across with such arrogant sales woman before especially in this time of the market uncertainty. GooglePossibly up there for worse customer service I have ever had! I am a 1st time buyer and walked into this branch looking for advise and to be put on there mailing list. As soon as I said my max price was under £150,000 and said I was not even looking directly in sale area. The lady turned her nose up to me like I was not even worth her time and told me "yea we only do sale your better off going to another 1". So I did I went to the 4 other agencies round the corner and they could not of helped me enuf! By far putting jordan fishwick to shame!

GoogleAbout a year ago we decided to downsize and put our house on the market. It started well but like everywhere the Covid Pandemic put a setback to our moving plans and delayed the completion of our sale. However, the team at Jordan Fishwick kept us in the loop and supported us throughout the lockdown period. A great team who were very helpful and promptly responded to our phone or email queries. GoogleWe recently sold our house with Jordan Fishwick at Sale. The team were fantastic and did a really professional job. They organised and escorted all of our viewers, were shrewd and diplomatic during the negotiations and then really helped gel things together during the final stages (the usual bit where coordinating things with solicitors is like hearding cats!). Our thanks especially go to Nicola, who is just great at her job and Heather who was the calm voice of reason when we were struggling to organise a date in a complicated chain. I totally recommend Jordan Fishwick at Sale.

GoogleNicola and Chris were absolutely fantastic throughout the process. We had a complex chain and they managed the expectations of all throughout (including us) and pushed back where needed. They were fair to all parties and kept the momentum going all the way through. Also very easy to contact and available. All in all an outstanding service from Jordan Fishwick and certainly our best experience of working with an estate agent by a country mile.
