GooglePretty quick and efficient with our report of the leaks. Joe followed up from the very beginning til the end, so the leak could be repaired and the painting been done in just 2,3 weeks especially during this difficult time. Appreciated!

GoogleI'm a tenant and they handle every issue very promptly. As an example, when I locked myself out once, this guy Joe Royle helped me with a spare key in less than 30 minutes. Highly recommend.

GoogleI needed my mattress changed like yesterday. I called the office and spoke with Joe Royle and he asked me to send him an email, which I did. Within a couple of days, a new mattress was delivered. I'm impressed with the promptness and quickness of action taken by Joe. Thank you Joe!
