GoogleThe whole process of selling my Edinburgh property was easy and seamless. Even in a different time zone communication was excellent. I always felt up to speed and that the team were on the front foot. I trusted their expertise and was very happy with the end result.

GoogleAt relatively short notice we decided to sell our house in Murrayfield in October 2020. We shortlisted three agents and Simpson Marwick easily came out on top ( their website for example was the best in the marketplace) They were professional in every aspect of the sale: communication, guidance, advice and above all they were very pragmatic. The house sold within 10 days at a healthy price where both parties came out of the process extremely happy. Ironically we have now bought a house in East Lothian. We couldn’t use S&M for the purchase as they were selling the house but as the selling Agents , once again , they were great. Thank you Matthew, Jill and Richard.

GoogleThe whole team was unbelievably amazing in the sale of our two flats and purchase in Edinburgh. Every single member of the team that we spoke to went over and above what was required. The team were absolutely amazing in helping us navigate the process and were also brilliant in helping with our purchase, giving really helpful advice and input and didn’t argue with any of our proposed low offers! They were absolutely brilliant at pushing through the process of getting missives signed, were really responsive and a pleasure to deal with. We felt in very safe hands throughout

GoogleDisgusted to hear that a tenant had to pay a month's rent in their property, even though they were unable to move into the property for a month. How can forcing tenants to commute from another city for a month and making them lose income because of this be considered acceptable? Now under the lockdown, they're being treated like second class citizens because they had been furloughed, and were unable to pay their full rent. It has been government guidance that estate agents and landlords work with tenants to help during the lockdown, and this is how Jordan Fishwick treat their tenants? On top of this they were given their gas safety inspection 2 months late, which is completely illegal showing you just how inept they can be.
