GoogleHad a really good experience so far, viewing went well, and offer/screening process was easy and straightforward, and Nathaniel had all the answers I needed to help me sort my move. Move-in appointment was also smooth and easy.

GoogleService ok, disappointed to find out at a later date that the owner made personal remarks about one of their clients to a potential customer, i'll say no more and leave it at that. A bit more discretion and respect around personal traits would go a long way.

GoogleI recently sold my mums park home with Jordan Fishwick Wilmslow. It wasn't the easiest property to sell because of the lack of outdoor space but with the help of Richard, Lara, Ollie, and Theo we got there. I was given helpful advice at every stage and the team kept me regularly updated. The process was made that bit harder by the fact I live miles away. The team took charge of all the viewings and always called with the viewers feedback. When some unforseen repairs were required Richard was very helpful taking photos etc and I was able to organise a repair company without the need to be at the property. They are a helpful, friendly and professional team.

GoogleWe bought a house though JF and Maura was brilliant throughout. Always kept us updated and added a real personal touch to her communication which was appreciated during what was quite a stressful time. Shout out to Josh too who was super helpful when we were originally on the property front. I would definitely use these guys in the future.

GoogleParking in the middle of the street while trying to sell a property is unacceptable. Its a tiny street and no-one can pass. How you think this makes you look good infront of viewers is beyond me. Viewers are literally standing next to your car blocking the whole street 🤯 Then the "Director" calling me after I have called to make a compaint and telling me I should not have told your agent to not park in the middle of my street! Flabergasted! Lets hope I never have to buy a property off you. Would never even contemplate using you to sell. Zero stars.

GoogleWe used Jordan Fishwick in Sale as they were a large agent near to my late mum’s retirement flat. Although the property took a while to sell the staff were helpful and encouraging at every stage. It was a difficult sale for us but Olivia was with us from start to finish.

GoogleWe recently moved to a flat in Manchester city centre. Second with Jordan Fishwick and second time with Nick. Nick made the whole process stress free and we can't thank him enough after a stressfull period of unsuccessful viewings. I'm glad we are back with Jordan Fishwick and Nick.

I really have tried to think of a negative but simply cant fault any of the team but we would especially like to give Caitlin a mention as we feel she went above and beyond. What really stood out was how much he went the extra mile, whether it was keeping us updated, answering questions quickly, or making sure every detail was handled properly. Buying/selling a property can be stressful, but Theo made the experience so much easier with his positive attitude and clear communication. He was always willing to help, nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and you could tell he genuinely cared about getting the best outcome for us. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated and reliable in this industry, and Theo really set the standard. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an estate agent who is professional, proactive, and truly goes above and beyond.
