GoogleStewart acted with an outstanding level of professionalism from start to finish on conducting the sale of my house to purchasing my new home, during a very difficult time with the global pandemic. He took all the stress away from me, especially with the challenges, restrictions of covid & conducting viewings, as I was working from home on zoom all day & i had 2 dogs to manage at the same time!. It is without a doubt, that Stewart's tenacity and excellent ability to communicate with all parties, going above & beyond ensured my sale completed quickly & achieved my dream of moving to Wales by the sea. I am now living my dream & want to say a massive thank you to the Wilmslow team but especially all the hard work Stewart put in to make this happen!!.I am forever grateful, you are a tre credit to Jordan Fishwick & would definetly recommend you. Keep safe :-)PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleI originally met with Guy Grainger for the valuation who was sensible and knowledgeable, as well as proactive and responsive. The viewings and the sale process were managed by Chris Imiolek who I found to be excellent: enthusiastic, efficient, and a great, honest and straightforward communicator. Our sale was handled immaculately from start to finish, and I can’t fault, Guy, Chris or any of the team.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleIf I could give -10 starts I would. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a lettings agent. And even though this review will probably not mean much to them, maybe if you are looking for a property and reading this, you should know not to go with these people. Initially I booked a property viewing, had 3 confirmation e-mails from an employee and rightmove. Showed up, waited for 30 minutes and nobody showed up. E-mailed the branch manager - no reply (useless guy). After 3 days got a reply from the guy who initially booked the viewing, saying that the landlord was there to show us the property according to her we were not there. I rang the apartment 3 times with it saying the line is busy every time. A person called Debbie, called me to ask if I want to go ahead with the property, i explained the situation and she didn't even say sorry (another completely useless person). I never even got to view the property that I wanted to view initially and basically did not want to give these people any money. They had shown nothing to deserve that. Overall, a useless team of incompetence.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleWe recently sold and purchased our new home through Jordan Fishwick Wilmslow. You sometimes hear horror stories of certain estate agents, however we were very fortunate to have Chris Imiolek as our sales negotiator. He was honest and open every step of the way, he worked tirelessly through multiple negations and always made a point of letting us know what progress had been made each day. We couldn't have asked for anyone better to help us move into our home. I would recommend to anyone.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleProperty Manager Joe Royle is brilliant and has really looked after my flatmate and I during the time we've lived in our flat. He is great at liaising between the landlord and us, kind and friendly, keen to fix any issues quickly and very professional. Would definitely recommend.PositiveProfessionalism
